This was straight from the owners mouth at 11:10pm on Sunday 6/27/2021. The exact location of said 711 is: 370 Leavesley Rd, Gilroy, CA 95020 When in mentioned to her that I had used them there before she told me that whomever did it was wrong and she only accepts the 711 app and nothing else. I went in with my son and we got the 5 for $4 taquitos as an after school snack. My son got the Monterey Jack and chicken ones and I got the jalepenos and cheese. After arriving home I took a bite in my taquito and I saw mold in my taquito I immediately spit it out after chewing the other half of the mold but by this point my son ate both of his on the way home. Bums outside trying to bum cigarettes off you - that's normal. What makes this place a 2 star rating is that they don't offer a decent selection of granola bars. The app says buy 2 Nature Valley granola bars any flavor and get a free coffee. Ok... then please have more than 2 flavors to choose from! Plus there isn't any Mexican hot chocolates or white mochas. That sucks because other 7/11's have those. On the positive side, the cashier did know how to scan the app for our coupon. As a Slurpee conoisseur, this is the 7-11 to go to. Not the one down the street from Gilroy High School. This place offers a better selection of slurpee flavors. I was stoked to try the Barqs Root Beer slurpee and would rate it as one of the better flavors of all time. There's also the convenience of the RedBox outside the store which is a plus. read more

Management did not help me. I have been given the run around for a month. The owner never showed to a meeting with me. They have cameras they post public photos all over there wall when a theft happens in the store. WELL WHY CANT YOU LOOK AT THE TAPE when the theft is from your own clerk...I repeat do not give your money away like I did. no support or concern from management or owners. 300.00 dollars I worked hard for. NO ONE CARES. The money was for a bill and now I am double screwed. With no concern what so ever from staff or management. Unbelievable in this day and age that some one can steal from you like that with no repercussions. I never have a problem in other 7-11 stores just this poorly ran store. I would give this place no stars if I could. I go to 7-Eleven all over Santa Clara County. Especially because I do doordash. This is the absolute worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to. I've been to this location several times and The employees are so rude and dismissive. The last time I came in one of the workers was screaming and cussing in Spanish right in front of me like I couldn't understand. My hubby always goes to this 7 Eleven to get his weekly Fantasy 5 ticket. He plays the same numbers every week and this past week, he got 3 out of 5 (won 15.00) and also had 1 replay. Well, this happened once before where the clerk denied he had a replay. Here the female clerk only gave him his replay and no money for the win. My guy said he also won 3 out of 5 and she flatly denied it!! He said he checked at home and also through their machine on the counter that CLEARLY SHOWED he had won 15.00 and had a replay. She pretended to go through the register machine for the ticket several times and when my hubby was about to ask to speak to a manager, she finally said, 'oh, you're right' and gave him his 15.00 ! We are NEVER EVER coming back to this 7 Eleven! The clerks are obviously being dishonest and trying to keep replays and small wins to themselves!! Come in here almost everyday to buy a pack of cigarettes and a beverage. I use my mobile coupons from the Marlboro website twice a week as they give 2 coupons weekly that are 2$ off a pack making the total 7.62$. I have never had any issues with any of the employees as I just scan the mobile coupon off my phone and it automatically takes the 2$ off manually. The lady who's working on 1/1/19 at 4:20 am who also claims to be the owner of the store which I have never seen once working the store denied the coupon saying she knows the Marlboro scams and that it is fake and I even spent the time explaining to her how it works and what Marlboro offers so that she would know for the future, and I even went to show her how I login from my phone and bring up the coupon and how to pick the location to use it as not all stores accept them on the Marlboro page and she still continues to say it's a scam and that I'm a liar. She wasted my 2$ off coupon for nothing and I can't retrieve it back after it's been scanned!! I walked out with no cigarettes. Shame on this employee!!!
