They make you feel so comfortable, and they educate you about what's about to happen. They also talk you through 3mnts of treatment because this could be a very painful treatment if you are not used to it and hate cold. But the benefits of it though! My back pain is gone!! And I feel so energized everytime I come out from here. And it's only 3mnts. Pretty darn amazing! I haven't gone in a bit but definitely will come back soon after the new year!

So terrified, I went. I talked to Courtney when I got there who explained everything and answered my gazillion questions. I told her I was nervous and she reassured me that it would be fine! Once I put the socks and gloves on that they issue you, I got it and pushed the ready button. Courtney was with me through my 90 seconds and kept a convo going so I the time would pass quickly and so I didn't freak out. After it was done, I felt sooooo good! Everything Courtney said was true! I can't tell you how professional Courtney is. She helped calm some of my fears and didn't act like I was being ridiculous. What a sweetheart! I did not want to have to have a confrontation with strangers about masks but because the nurse did not, I did. I first asked very nicely, "hey would you guys mind please wearing masks?" And of course the answer was no. And as I insisted it was state law etc, the nurse said nothing. Then, the man was loud and yelling at me. I asked her if they were allowed in there without masks and she then finally said no they were required to Wear masks. And then they did. I imagine there are lots of people who go there who have health conditions and the last thing they need is to have to have a confrontation with strangers when they are just trying to get well or stay well. Of all places that should be concerned about protecting the health of their customers, I would think this would be one of them. I understand that the nurse also probably did not want to deal with a confrontation but when I made my very simple first request, she should have immediately jumped in to ask for their compliance.

Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Everything that you need is inside the cryo room, so no need to bring anything with you. They provide robes, socks, gloves and slippers to protect your hands and feet. The entire process only takes a few minutes and before you know it you are in the machine and out. I felt the coldest the last minute of the therapy. The temperature decreases gradually, so it is not a blast of super cold air. Rainy talked me through the entire process and made the three minutes fly by really fast. I definitely want to come back in a week or so and get another treatment. I felt a little sleepy afterwards, but other than that my body temperature returned back to normal super quickly. I love that they have $25 happy hour specials from 3-5pm Monday through Thursday. I plan to come back during that time for sure!

The pricing range for the treatments is is well priced in comparison to other establishments that are providing the same services.
