I purchased a group for a spray tan. The Groupon clearly states you can purchase and use UP TO 3 of these PER PERSON. I purchased the same one YEARS ago. UPDATE! Chrisie is one of the most patient and kind woman I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'm disabled so my mind doesn't always work. I thought another customer may had left with something that "didn't belong to them" let me be VERY CLEAR, NOT ONCE DID I THINK ANY OF THE TEAM MEMBERS DID THIS! She's taken the time to handpick an awesome team. She spent hours looking at camera footage looking for these things . She never once was mean or act like she didn't believe me. She took screenshots from the camera the whole 9 yards. She never got frustrated with me not once. Her heart sincerely went out to me. You can't fake that. Nevertheless I found it. She was sincerely happy I found it. She has hand picked an Excellent team. Hailie writes all my instructions along with everyone else helping me start machines etc. Grace, Ava, Carlie, Kirsten, Sevyn, Emma, Allisyn, Kamdyn, and Azlynn baby me EVERY TIME I GO! My disability is permanent and affects my mind terribly. This place is amazing. It truly is. They're always smiling and always willing to help me when I can't remember what button to push. This is the best place I've ever gone to in 52 years on earth!when I called to apologize today Carlie was all too kind. You would not believe what an awesome deal this is!!! It was good until I tried to cancel. The manager claims she didn't receive my cancellation email but I have proof it was sent to the correct address. Now she wants me to waste my time by going in person, as is phone AND email aren't good enough... She's touting fine print on a long agreement that I didn't even receive in writing. I am writing this letter of recommendation to the owner of Glo Sun Spa. My wife Tammy found your tanning and spa location at the South Arlington location. My wife expressed how professional and helpful each associate was and signed us up for the Family Plan. She came home and shared how this was more than just a tanning salon. She shared with me all the different products they offer from massages, skin care, to weight loss cocoons (beds).and the facilities and rooms/beds are clean and sanitary. It has been many years since I used a tanning salon. So I went to the Mansfield location and I received the same great assistance and professionalism. It has now been over a month using all of the products they offer including the teeth whitening! Who makes these two locations so great to go? Went in to see what the hype was over the free tan for year. The place was under major renovation and new beds had Been brought in and was looking like the place willl bee nice when completed. I love the lady at the frot she obviously new her roll and all explanations of all equipment ready or almost ready, she was not pushy or over selling the place so I signed up. On my exit the owner showed up super excited to me as if he knew it was gonna be awesome when it was completed. He let me know any thing I asked and also about cleanliness as the oLd Ulta tan had lost that touch and too many chiefs to know who was running it. Thought they where very honest up font so time will tell. It of course has higher end "SPA" style stuff so ur gonna pay for what service you might want but hey I appreciate the offers when they do come out. This little gem is absolutely amazing! First, the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. They all seem to really enjoy working with the customers and explaining each of the services with enthusiasm and detail, so you know what to expect and which services are best to help you meet your tanning and beauty goals. The pricing is very reasonable for everything they offer, and I love that you can go to different locations to utilize different services, all with your same monthly package. I've been to other local tanning places and this one has by far the best beds with super good, fresh bulbs. On top of all that, you cannot beat the monthly deal for the spa services in addition to the unlimited tanning. I found this place online originally and thought for sure it was too good to be true. I'm surprised at how quickly I am able to get in and out and have very little to no waiting. If you're looking for a great place to tan- beds or spray, this is definitely the place for you to choose. Go in and check it out- I promise you will not be disappointed! And, because it's so important, I have to mention again - the entire staff I have had the pleasure of meeting has been fabulous! I highly recommend this Spa. They are without a doubt the nicest in the area and prices are reasonable. The equipment is top notch, technology is awesome (red light therapy etc), no wait, and customer service is exceptional. I came here for health reasons to try out the red light therapy per my doctor but ended up loving the spray tan machine and infrared sauna too! read more
