A welcome addition to the neighborhood that is missing a burger spot. Burgers here are made fresh to order. The size of the burger might look small but it is filling, especially with the cheese and onions. Fries are nice and crisp and nothing beats soda from a bottle. Come out and support this new location!

Baby! Ima also love a 7th street burger. The simplicity of its burgers, it ain't even right to be this good. The sweetness of the carmelozed onions, the pillowy soft texture of the bun. The ooey gooey melty cheese. And then the double smash burger patty! I don't care what nobody say, I can't stand an unseasoned hockey puck of a burger. Even worse when it's rare and unseasoned. A smash burger has the capacity to be both juicy, just lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection with a thinly crisped edge! It's made me believe in the joys of burgers again and don't get me started on the loaded fries! Their menu isn't vast and that's the point. The point is simplicity. The less options the easier it is to decide! Now I'm hungry!!!

7th Street Burger has been expanding. I was pleased to see the kitchen very clean and visible. People eat with their eyes so it was nice that as soon as you enter the franchise you can observed the hard working kitchen staff. I try the cheeseburger which was good. Flavorful and fulfilling. I couldn't finish my fries. I was very satisfied with the service and the hospitality. Thank you Yelp community.

This brand-new spot delivers the same high quality as the other locations, and I personally think it will become my go-to destination because it's in a quiet area a bit farther away from the tourist crowds. That makes for a much more relaxed dining experience where the service, just like at my first visit, is quick and hassle-free. I was seated right away, and the cooks were very friendly. The food was excellent: the burger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and I love 7th Street's cheese and jalapeños. They're not too hot, but they have just enough spice to make you savor every bite.

Visiting Brooklyn and decided burgers is the best meal for today. Upon arrival, staff was welcoming, I was recommended the jalapeño cheese burger and I have to agree it's a must try, the spice gave this burger the kick needed it needed and elevated it to the next level. The interior was nice and simple and the meal was fulfilling.

I stopped at 7th Street Burger on Kings Highway the other day since I was in the area and there really isn't much else for a quick burger around here. Place looked fine, pretty clean, and the people working there were nice. They got my food out fast, so at first I thought ok cool this might be good. The burger though wasn't really what I expected. It was smaller than I thought it would be and the first bite was way saltier than I like. After a couple more bites I realized it wasn't getting better and it was also pretty greasy. Not the worst thing ever, just not something I'd go out of my way for. If you're hungry and just need something fast, it's fine, you know, it does the job. I'd probably grab it again if I was already right there and didn't feel like dealing with figuring out food. I just kinda hope the next one tastes better because this one didn't really hit for me.

The taste was definitely there. Their menu is a bit confusing as they offer a cheese burger option.. but they offer Jalapeno burgers as well, I was able to ask for it because I saw it on their sign outside. The ladies in the front were super nice, one girl was being trained in and she was still learning which I thought she was doing a great job. No issues there. The issue is when I got home and I saw the size of my burger... Uh why is it so TINY? The fries were good, but it seemed like there were more fries than burger. Ended up paying $24 something for a jalapeno burger and a cheeseburger with everything on it, and 2 fries. Mind you, my hands are very small, smaller than the average.. and it was tiny for me. For the price of it, doesn't seem worth it for a burger and fries (no drink)

The Cheeseburger; didn't think this was anything special

I know this place has a strong following but it didn't really work for me. Ordered takeout and ate it within 15 min of receiving it. Cheeseburger tasted standard, loaded spicy Fries were also fine; this is a patty, cheese and sliced jalapeño on top of fries. Nothing was bad though, just not standout. On the plus side; fries weren't overly greasy.

Loving how spacious this 7th Street location is! Hoping this is here to stay for a long time because this is probably one of the better tasting locations.

Service was great. The vibe was dope. They played good music to keep me entertained as I waited for my meal. I grabbed myself a cheeseburger with a side of fries and a bottle of coke. Cheeseburger was nice, juicy and tender. The amount of sauce and pickle juice and onions chunks were nice. The burger sauce has so much flavor that kept me wanting more. Fries were nice and crunchy and felt fluffy on the inside. Salted enough to keep me going for more. Would definitely come back for more and would recommend to my friends and family to go here for burgers

Finally a decent burger place opened in the neighborhood!! I was actually in a state of shock when I fist saw the post about a 7th street coming up in the area but I am so happy about it because not only is it my favorite smash burger chain, I can finally satisfy my late night cravings or just general in the mood for a solid burger when I'm at home. I decided to try it out about a week after opening, the location is impeccably clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and the burger? Of course it was delicious and mouth watering perfection. I ordered a double smashburger, fries, and a Mexican Coke. It was promptly made and as soon as I smelled the burger and took my first bite, it felt like heaven. Now it's extremely tempting to go here basically every other day but I maintain some semblance of self control and stop myself. I highly recommend for anyone who's craving a solid burger or a fan of the franchise to check it out!

Let's start with the good - the service and ambiance were on point. I went on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy inside, but since I was a solo diner I was seated immediately by the bar. The servers were friendly and attentive. Probably 3-4 different people checked in multiple times throughout the meal. Where I struggle is with the actual burger itself. As a non-resident New Yorker, for me $22.50 is a lot to spend on a burger and fries. It needs to rock my world at that price point. And it just didn't. I got the B&B Burger. The onion ring tasted like it had been refried a second time to make my burger. The bread was crumbly like it was on the verge of going stale. The actual beef patty itself was decent - good flavor. Usually I can overlook an okay burger if the fries are top notch, but these fries were under-seasoned and also 'just okay'. I also got a side of Chicken Tenders. These were good - no complaints here. I really wanted to like this spot, but not sure this would be a return visit for me.

We loved the food…read more Came here on a saturday for lunch before the world cup. We arrived just when it opened I think. The place was pretty quiet. Friendly waitress greeted us and sat us immediately. Menu's came out and they recommended a pizza and burger. We agreed and ordered. Place started to pick up and get busy immediately after we ordered. Food came out pretty quickly. We each had a burger. Not a lot of options on the menu but we all tried the emily burger. It was worth it. Think, juicy and with an amazingly unique taste. The ingredients were high quality, the burger cooked to perfection. The table also split the modern pizza (I think). Not sure what to expect from this one but turns out it was perfect, unique and delicious. The cheese taste really shined through. Overall, we were super happy with the food here. Stop by if you have a chance.

Greetings all, it's been a while but here I am. Let's talk about Emily a quant pizza restaurant…read morethat you could easily walk pass and not know what they sold. Today however it wasn't pizza that brought me here, it was the famous Emmy Burger. To begin with the atmosphere of the restaurant is dim lighting a few tables with a reasonable sized bar in the middle of the room. They also have an open kitchen concept where just past the bar you can see the cooks working. My server Inda was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. My burger was excellent, normally I don't eat my burger with a knife and folk, but in this case with all the cheese and sauce oozing down the sides, not to mention the caramelized onions, it was necessary. (If I were home I wouldn't mind having burger juices running down my arm, but other people were eating in the restaurant also). The tiny pickles which I can't remember the name of were an added treat to the burger. I decided to order mine with the loaded fries. Just imagine the ground burger with all the toppings covering french fries and add melted white cheese. Since I was alone I didn't order a pizza because how would I eat it all, but next time I will try the pizza. I don't mind paying extra for a burger when it's aged beef and the taste is great. I definitely recommend this location. There is a fast food burger restaurant next door to Emily's but I can't imagine there burgers compare. I will try them another time and let you know. That's all for now, see you on my next review.

Both restaurants have been in business for well over half a century with well-deserved accolades. Despite having grown up in Brooklyn, I hadn't been to either before this year. I read reviews and actually asked ChatGPT what to order at R-N-R. We went with its suggestion: medium roast beef with cheese, onion rings, root beer and lemonade. My sandwich was more well-done than requested. They don't offer 'rare'. The few bites with red meat were infinitely better than the rest of the sandwich. The roll, as everyone points out, is baked in house. Though light and puffy, it didn't outweigh overdone beef. Onion rings were great, root beer average, and lemonade -- per my husband who loves lemonade -- excellent. While I wouldn't balk about returning, my vote goes to Brennan and Carr, though truly, when cooked as requested there is no substantial difference. If you take the train, get off at Sheepshead Bay Road and head south. Turn left at Emmons Avenue and keep walking. Twenty minutes all told.

I ordered: * Truffle Maker ($11.59) * Truffle Parmesan Fries ($6.50) * Chicken Bites with BBQ sauce ($8.05) * Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.00) Truffle maker was pretty good and I was glad I was able to remove the caramelized onions and truffle aioli (I'm picky). The bun is soft and sweet and the burger has a good amount of sautéed mushrooms. Truffle Parmesan fries were pretty standard, but still very good. Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave. Texture was reminiscent of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, nicely seasoned. Overall had a pleasant experience, I definitely want to return and try the rest of their menu.

Not all restaurants have restrooms that are made available to customers. That is an A+ in my book. Food 10/10 I ordered Hous Burger (hold the onions. Don't at me) it was pretty good. The taste of their burgers is different from most of the burger places I have tried before. I have also ordered Yuzu Honey Lemonade. I was trying to taste the honey in the lemonade. I guess I was expecting too much. The drink was refreshing. I may try the Matcha Yuzu Lemonade next. I met a gentleman who goes by the name Ten P aka 10pushups on IG. He recommended that I try his cola shake. That is what I got, plus the whipped cream. I was honestly looking for the taste of Coca-Cola because Cola is in the name. Regardless of what I expected, the shake was pretty good. I am not a shake person, so when he asked me to try it, I made an exception. Overall: I plan on coming back to Bun Haus. This was good eats.

We both went with rare roast beef, cheese and onions. T asked for his double-dipped in gravy. Yum! Short of five stars, but yum nonetheless. We ordered two unhealthy sides which added to the decadence of our lunch: corn fritters and onion rings. If you only get one, go with the fritters. The place is busy.
