There were 2 other patrons there, but they'd already ordered. Food is made to order , therefore there's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it! The fries were a bit on the salty side for me, but still tasty, it's the cheeseburger for meeeeee!! I really wish I had a second. I love smash burgers, and the onions, cheese and sauce, made it even nicer! I probably should've mentioned this first, the customer service was on point. One of the nicest 7th st burgers I've been to. Space felt big and clean. The guy working the cashier on Thursday night was friendly and was capable of resolving issues quickly. I had placed an order on the app for pickup but I did it hours before the pickup time, and the intake receipt was printed out immediately, causing the staff to make the food at that time instead of the pickup time. Place looked fine, pretty clean, and the people working there were nice. They got my food out fast, so at first I thought ok cool this might be good. The burger though wasn't really what I expected. It was smaller than I thought it would be and the first bite was way saltier than I like. After a couple more bites I realized it wasn't getting better and it was also pretty greasy. Not the worst thing ever, just not something I'd go out of my way for. If you're hungry and just need something fast, it's fine, you know, it does the job. I'd probably grab it again if I was already right there and didn't feel like dealing with figuring out food. Their menu is a bit confusing as they offer a cheese burger option.. but they offer Jalapeno burgers as well, I was able to ask for it because I saw it on their sign outside. Worst 7th Streer Burger franchise. I'm not sure how long they've been opened but the place had no straws, no cups, no ice, no condiments, no fountain drinks. They're charging $3.50 for 10oz Coke can. There are no menus, just a mid sized poster menu on the wall with very little to order off from. The person working the register gave off a cold vibe like she didnt want to be there. Most restaurants say, "Hello" or "Welcome" but not this place. The workers are too busy looking at their phones to make pleasant eye contact. The burger itself was average- smashed style burgers. The shop should do well considering the location is near schools and the subway but I wont be back. Brooklyn has too many good places to choose. read more

Finally a decent burger place opened in the neighborhood!! I was actually in a state of shock when I fist saw the post about a 7th street coming up in the area but I am so happy about it because not only is it my favorite smash burger chain, I can finally satisfy my late night cravings or just general in the mood for a solid burger when I'm at home. I decided to try it out about a week after opening, the location is impeccably clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and the burger? Of course it was delicious and mouth watering perfection. I ordered a double smashburger, fries, and a Mexican Coke. It was promptly made and as soon as I smelled the burger and took my first bite, it felt like heaven. Now it's extremely tempting to go here basically every other day but I maintain some semblance of self control and stop myself. Confession. I previously never had a 7th street burger and this location recently opened in my neighborhood so i decided to give it a try. Fast forward a month and I've been here three times already. I want to give a very special shout out to Chase! Amazing customer service, patient, friendly and thoughtful. All three times I was met by a different Individual at the register but all three were very kind. There is one person tending each station: patty, bun, fries in a sort of assembly line. The burgers and loaded fries are worth the hype but I need to understand why you have to beg for pickles on a double cheeseburger. For the price each should come with four pickles standard. There's a few places that do a decent job but now that I think about it, this is truly one of the best constructed AND filling burgers I've ever had. Allow me to elaborate: I've eaten so many burgers in my life and they're all different. What a lot of burgers miss is the seepage of ingredient flavors into a bun rationally sized for the amount of ingredients in the burger. 7th street has nailed it with sniper precision every time I've ordered from there. Taste is above average. Yeah, it's definitely a slightly above average amount of grease but man this hits the spot. I've even tried the double impossible and if I didn't eat a double from here the day before, I probably would've enjoyed it more. Regular fries slapped. Loaded fries weren't that worth it. Burger is good, but the portion is very small. I want to get full off the burger not the fries and honestly I don't even want the fries, the fries aren't all that. Customer service is cool but the waiting time is ridiculous for fast food. Store is clean. Make the burger bigger and or make the price more affordable because it makes no sense to pay that price for a burger the same size and taste as a White Castle burger, which is more affordable.
