After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly. Garrett helped us with everything: picking the car we wanted from a few that were similar years and milage, adding the car to our insurance, plate transfer etc. Pete helped us pick a warranty package for a really good price that covers everything. Both Garrett and Pete were kind and helpful, answered all of our questions, showed us all the options, and just made it such a nice experience, easy and no stress, to replace my car. The next day we finished the sale, went out to pick up the car, and they'd filled the tank and done a last inspection with oil check etc, all. These are truly friendly people, not *just* experts on all the cars and what's involved in buying one, and they have never steered us wrong when we go to buy a car. They didn't have my first choice on the lot so he called around for me and as we talked further, he suggested and showed me this car. I came back on Monday and David helped me out, wrote up all the paperwork and they both went the extra mile by replacing the backup camera that wasn't working that day. Both guys were kind, professional and helpful and I would feel comfortable calling them with any questions from here on out. They had a good selection of cars on the lot and didn't mind calling around to check other places for me. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Now what I was looking for in reviews when I was scoping dealerships was more about the car and I obviously can't speak to if it's "been a great car" yet. I can say it's beautiful, rides like a dream and currently seems like we got a great deal on a great car. If it suddenly goes south and turns out to be a lemon, I'll be back to update this, but I definitely don't see that happening! I'd absolutely recommend Ace's!
