He was able to replace a part on my 25-year-old classic air-cooled Porcshe which most mechanics won't touch, even at dealerships. Additionally, Wael and Nick both go out of their way to do everything possible to make your car situation well work for you. Forget the stereotypes about car dealers. These are real people who I am proud to be associated with. I have had experiences with dealers and mechanics who are less than completely honest. Ultimately, I bought a great, low-mileage Land-rover Defender 110 that was very clean and honestly represented at a fair price. Wael agreed (and took his own time) to take the vehicle to an inspection of my choice prior to the purchase. The inspection confirmed the condition of the vehicle represented. After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly. I never got a call back even when they got a few trucks in that fit all my criteria. Pricing was too high and they never reached out so I purchased a 2019 ford transit from another dealership that was responsive to my communication. A year later stopped at the Royal Oak dealer again.....local to mybusiness in Royal Oak....and figured I would try again. This time the dealer had 4 to 5 options that fit my work truck needs. I got a bunch of information on the work trucks for mileage and pricing.....ALL of which turned out to be BS and the kid was just trying to sell me over sticker...!!!! I even told the kid I was in auto sales for years before starting my own company but his still provided pricing that was 3-5,000 above what they ended up listing the vehicles as. Of course because the prices were crazy high again I passed again. i then went to their website and found the truck I was told was listing at 23,000- 24,000 listed online for 19,900. I felt dooped...! Then I stopped in to see that same salesman and the dealership was late to open. Then I came back a couple hours later and the dealer still not open on time. When I finally got ahold of that salesman he gave me more BS on why he couldn't close a dealer and offer me ANY discount on the out the door pricing. I made an offer to trade in my vehicle to upgrade and asked for 1500$ off the total deal.....he wouldn't take ANYthing off to earn my business and then started insulting me on the phone. After being insulted by the B- lot dealer salesman and having a very successful auto-sales career in my past I had had enough and reauested to speak to the owner. That sales rep said he runs the dealer and the owner has bo knowledge of his or other salesman activity. No call backs, providing incorrect pricing and mileage on interested vehicles, Insulting customer, and neglecting to work out or offer any kind of deal.....in sure the owner SHOULD want to hear about it. If not.....that sad. After insisting the owner reach out I also contacted another sales rep via facebook about the insults and argument. I was met with a message to not come back to the dealer. So ultimately after asking two reps to have the owner reach out I still got BS. Worst attitudes and business experience ever....and I run a business and deal with customers on the daily. I waited 2- weeks to hear back or get an apology before writing a negative review. I still haven't purchased a truck but don't feel like I'm missing anything by not doing business with this dealer.

They were originally suppose to order caps for her tires due to the ones on the car being from another model and never did and she overlooked that. It should of been a red flag tho. Had some initial discussion through their website and email with Jamall. Then I just walk in, told him what model and color I want, confirm the price and discount. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet. The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.
