I needed a loaner car. The actuality: First of all I'm not going to name any names because everything is a team effort and the team in the service department were all fantastic and exceptional. There is enough information in my post for the management there to identify who I am and who worked with me if needed. I was checked in quickly and my loaner was ready when I arrived just had to do some paperwork of course. That night my loaner had major issues, but by 0800 the next morning my loaner was swapped out like no problem. They had my truck for a couple days to check it out. I went to get my truck and was told everything was fixed and good to go (they confirmed the problem and repaired my truck!). I was in and out very quickly and at a very reasonable price for the service they provided. I ran my truck hard on the way back to my place and drove it normally trying to duplicate the issues I was having when I took it in. Everything worked perfectly and actually better than when I first got it.
