At 1 PM on the same day, I received a very passive aggressive and rude voicemail from a pick up associate overemphasizing 3 or 4 different times how I was late for my order. When my husband was done with work and picked it up around 2, the same associate was passive aggressive both when he called to say that he was there and when she brought the groceries to the car. I could understand if we were day late or even came that night, but to be treated so rudely when we were only a couple of hours late for the pick up was so unnecessary and unhelpful on an already stressful day with a sick kid. We used the Honeygo Weis pick up for many years before moving to Parkville and have been trying to give this location our business since it is more local, but the Honeygo Weis has never treated us that rudely (even when we picked up an order 2 days later!!). We will now be making the drive to Honeygo or using Safeway pickup instead.

The service on site was on top of things. It was easy to check-in and get into the festival. The atmosphere was fun, with many fellow parents looking to exhaust their kids. I know on during the fall there are even more seasonal activities to include pumpkin patch and hayrides. I will definitely make an effort to stay in touch with events here. Was definitely relaxing.

They regularly sell expired or near-expired items (as in 1 day). I showed the stock personnel about a popular pasta-based meal kit that was more than a week past expiration and they left it on the shelf, I spotted a day later. 2. Make sure the advertisement sign matches what you are buying - they do shady things like moving the items over from the sale tag so you are confused. 3. Check your receipt. These guys are tricksters and sheisters and will swap out items at every chance. At times I have found more than 50% inaccuracies on my receipt. Of course, I have to wait forever in a line to contest with customer service. 4. Worst beef E-V-E-R. Been cooking beef for30+ years - these animals are not well. Inedible & rock tough no matter how you cook, and zero flavor. Subpar distributors/farmers. Go to GIANT. 5. Beware of shopping here. I am not sure how they have not been shut down by OSHA/FDA.
