The owner of the company, Robert, seems to have "grown up" in the pool industry - his uncle owned a pool company where he worked before going to Tortorella and, ultimately, going out on his own...this appears to be sort of a family business. If you need troubleshooting or are having a tough time figuring out the source of a slow leak, chemical imbalance or other issue, give Robert and his team a try - they have helped several of my family members and friends whose "regulars" couldn't provide a long-term fix of their issues. Pools are not one-time expenses - like a car, roof, or any other capital investment, uptake is required. We tried everything (and it all made sense to me - they weren't trying to upsell chemicals.) Their final thought was to "drain and replace" a good amount of water - and it worked.
