He offered to send over two different pool techs the next morning and have our service completed at a heavily discounted rate. Our techs, Alex and Marlon, were wonderful and did a great job. After the service was complete Anthony called me again to see how it went and ending up comping the entire service for us. While it started off a little rocky, they definitely made right nbd us and we hope to use them again. **** Very disappointed in our service, especially because they came so highly recommended. We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling.
