I recently had an unfortunate experience communicating with the owners of this pool maintenance company. We were looking to replace our current pool maintenance service and found this company on Google. I had a text exchange with Donna, who asked many questions about our pool. When I mentioned that we recently had a safety pool fence installed, she immediately began criticizing our decision and emphasized how difficult it would be to service our property. Donna then informed me that they wouldn't be servicing our pool because she is planning to sell the business, move to Colorado, and is not taking on new customers. I expressed that our priority was safety, not their convenience in cleaning the pool, and asked why she didn't disclose this information initially instead of wasting my time. She responded that they choose their customers, not the other way around, and accused me of not being a "loyal customer" because I was "jumping from pool company to pool company." Decide for yourself if you want to deal with this kind of behavior. Personally, I would choose another company to avoid any potential conflicts with an owner driven by ego. read more

They were very reliable and did great work. We needed a custom pool/spa cover and Joe and Donna took care of everything including the removal of the old cover, the measuring for the new cover, the return of the old cover and the installation of the new cover. Horrible experience with building an in ground pool. Very upset with this company as they tried to build us an in ground pool. Came to job without supplies needed ran into multiple problems with out the know how on how to fix. They continued to move forward with this job with put the knowledge on how to.
