I have used 8 services a few times now and I am always satisfied! They typically are pretty responsive and have Great stuff. The gal that usually does the scheduling is always super friendly and helpful and the gentleman that typically does the carpet cleaning is great. He is always fast and efficient and makes my carpets look brand new. I have three rooms and he can get them done in about an hour or less. I also have two pets so I highly recommend using them for pet stains. Although my pets don't go on my carpets, my mom's dog is notorious for accidents. I was dog sitting for her and there were a few tough spots I couldn't get out cleaning myself, it was no problem for 8 services. Updated review: After speaking with the owner, Oleg and him honoring my previous quoted price, I had my carpets cleaned a few days later! Jimmy came and cleaned the super dirty carpets in under an hour and a half and did a phenomenal job. The carpet was needing to be replaced but since the home is for sale we had to get it cleaned instead and wow was I shocked at how great they came out. I've used this carpet cleaning company twice, now, and will never use anyone else. Both projects required some big stains to be removed and 8 Services did not disappoint! I wish a I had taken a before and after picture when they first came out. I had rescued a dog who had gotten sick all over my bedroom and living room carpet. Not only were all traces of the smell gone, but the carpet looked brand new. Not a stain in sight!! I was extremely impressed as I poured every store bought stain remover into the affected areas and was so sure I damaged the carpets even more than my dog did lol Their most recent trip out to my home was for a huge unknown stain in my entry way. At first I felt pretty overwhelmed with trying to figure out which company to go with and using the quote option on yelp I was connected to this company. They were super responsive and communication was clear and direct which helped me make my decision. Scheduling was easy, they were on time (actually a tad early, which is what I prefer). I have to be super honest and say when the van pulled up I was a bit thrown off- it wasn't a professional rig with the logo, and I'll be honest and say I had second thoughts. But the gentleman who came was off the bat super professional, and super attentive to what I needed to get done. He had another person with him and after walking my place they jumped right at it. They did a fantastic job with my carpets that were 10 years old and after giving up cleaning them myself when I had health issues 2 years ago they needed some TLC. They look great. I'm not the person to give 5 stars so easy! You really have to work hard and present good value and see a job before and after which I didn't take. What I can tell you is the use non toxic cleaners, spot treat, and use a higher capacity unit to heat the water and pressure. The usual is less than they will explain. They have the large machine. That coupled with being early, putting things up, and even moving some furniture and out to the trash, they earned all my future business. Please don't trust me. Try them! Not happy? I doubt it. The carpet technician was wonderful. Keep contacted me via text, and was able to do the job sooner rather than later. This is one of those situations where I would not judge a book by its cover. The vehicle that arrived was slightly, how do I put this older? However, I was very surprised by the professionalism that the carpet technician exude. He immediately came into my residence and started to work. My wife who was the ultimate deciding factor on the quality and craftsmanship was amazed by how wonderful the carpet came out. Tony and his wife did a great job cleaning my upstairs carpets. Our family is moving into a new home and I just wanted that new carpet feel for our new home. Most of the services I called weren't able to help us, because our condo is over 100 ft from where they would park, so it was difficult to find someone who could help us. Even though our condo is a little bit into our complex, Tony and his wife were able to park their van, connect their hoses and reach our home. I prepared my living room to be cleaned, but this cleaning company DOES NOT HAVE their WATER to do their cleaning service. A guy spent time to find a water hose outside, could not find it and he left us. If you live in apt and you do not have water hose, you should avoid this company. What made me mad, I spent time to prepare my room, after I had plans. Now I am again looking for a company that can do cleaning for me. I work crazy hours and absolutely needed my carpets cleaned.. Unfortunately, I was set to go out of town for a while and knew I would never get around to it after my trip. Of course, I put off this mandatory task until the last minute. With ~65 hours until my flight, I needed it done and could only schedule it with 2 nights' notice at best. To make matters worse, I leave for work at 9am and get home at 10pm most nights, which meant that I had no choice but to leave my apartment unattended (leasing office was instructed to turn over the keys) in the hands of somebody I had never met. I quickly jumped onto Thumbtack and received 5 quotes almost right away. It was immediately clear that two of the five had not even bothered to read my project details as they clearly were unavailable during my narrow time frame and could not accommodate my needs. I was desperate to find a reputable company / provider, who I was blindly trusting with the full contents of my apartment and my 2 beloved cats, whose work I would not be home to oversee or point out areas requiring special attention, under a ticking clock with no guarantee other than Alec's word offered via text message - but I had no other choice. But I am so glad that I did! Alec had clearly taken the time to read my project request, immediately responded to my follow-up questions, understood my urgency and the vulnerability inherent to my predicament, and alleviated as much as my fear as a stranger in your unattended home could given the circumstances. Recently I hired them again, and due to a scheduling issue, asked to have them change my appointment to an earlier time. They told me fine, well no one showed.
