I wish a I had taken a before and after picture when they first came out. I had rescued a dog who had gotten sick all over my bedroom and living room carpet. At first I felt pretty overwhelmed with trying to figure out which company to go with and using the quote option on yelp I was connected to this company. They were super responsive and communication was clear and direct which helped me make my decision. Scheduling was easy, they were on time (actually a tad early, which is what I prefer). I have to be super honest and say when the van pulled up I was a bit thrown off- it wasn't a professional rig with the logo, and I'll be honest and say I had second thoughts. But the gentleman who came was off the bat super professional, and super attentive to what I needed to get done. He had another person with him and after walking my place they jumped right at it. They did a fantastic job with my carpets that were 10 years old and after giving up cleaning them myself when I had health issues 2 years ago they needed some TLC. They look great. Tony and his wife did a great job cleaning my upstairs carpets. Our family is moving into a new home and I just wanted that new carpet feel for our new home. Most of the services I called weren't able to help us, because our condo is over 100 ft from where they would park, so it was difficult to find someone who could help us. A guy spent time to find a water hose outside, could not find it and he left us. If you live in apt and you do not have water hose, you should avoid this company.
