Didn't end up going with Magical Steam. But in my brief interaction doesn't seem like they care too much about customer service. Seems like a one and done company. I solely asked for them to review the pics I sent and see if something they could clean. The response was we can't give guarantee's ( which respectfully I never asked for a guarantees ) just a simple option or area of expertise if that's what you specialize in.
