I have an unusual situation, my elderly mother fell in her bedroom and was there at least 24-48 hours before she was found. During that time she lost control of her bowels and thrashed about trying to get up, grinding the soil into the carpet. We inexpertly tried cleaning the stains and were very unsuccessful. I called Jeremy to get a quote and he explained to me the multiple problems in getting the carpet cleaned and told me it would be easier and cheaper to replace the carpet. He went above and beyond by giving me a referral to a carpet installer to see if the carpet can be pieced by carpet that was leftover from the original installation. We recently had Jeremy from Parr's Deep Cleaning Service clean four rooms of carpeting and several large area rugs. On the day of service, Jeremy arrived on time, we discussed the condition of the carpets and rugs and what he was going to do. He had already given us a cost estimate. Jeremy and his son Dylan cleaned two carpet runners, one stair runner, and the attached cushions of six dining room chairs. The stair runner looks practically brand new. The two runners are beautiful. The chair cushions had never been cleaned and they are slightly off white. I did not have high hopes for them but they look fantastic. He also re-caulked around the tub and sinks. I had 2 tiles with cracks, he replaced them and color sealed the grout. He worked long days without breaks. My 17 year old floors look new! Overall an awesome, honest worker and a perfect example of a local business you can feel great about supporting! Two things to note: if you are in a apartment or condo you'll want to make sure there's a path for him to run the equipment into your house - he can't park in a carport due to flammability risks.
