The food is healthy and very tasty! The portion sizes are just the right amount. This was my first time visiting & the staff was friendly very helpful. I've had 3 meals so far. 1. Shrimp, ravioli & zucchini. This is my favorite! Plenty of shrimp seasoned just right. The ravioli was fresh and the sauce was perfect. Real tomatoes, not from a can or jar. The zucchini complicated the dish very well. 2. BBQ chicken salad. A little of chicken chunks. Surprisingly the BBQ salad dressing wasn't spicy and tasted very good. The even remembered the tortilla strips! It was the perfect portion size for lunch. 3. Breakfast Burritos. These were ok. I don't think I'd get them again though. I had to add chicken to bring out flavor. It was a little difficult to heat up the burrito shell. It was too crisp in the toaster oven & soggy from the microwave. I usually go to the Studio City location for my TG2G bags, but I chose the Sherman Oaks location this time and I think I've found my new favorite! They have a parking lot and smoothies, which is a major win. I asked for a smoothie/shake recommendation and wow, she was right. I got the date shake, and it was sooo yummy. The date and vanilla combination is yummy, almost caramel-like. Anywho, the meal preps are convenient, fresh, and good. Big fan of this place because its one of the few brick and mortar meal prep shops, for grab and go meals- The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that the weekly menu can sometimes either be a major hit or be kind of a miss with few appetizing or higher calorie options- but thats also subjective because what I enjoy eating may not be for everyone and vice versa. Went to 80% Nutrition to pick up some ready to go lunches and dinners for work. This was a lifesaver. I'm tired of always eating out while at work, so to be able to grab myself some ready to go meal preps was amazing. Lunch/dinner meal preps go for about $11, while breakfast goes for $8. I got myself some shrimp options; two of them one which had chimichurri, and the other did not but had extra shrimp, and I also got myself a carne asada burrito. All meals were amazing. I was able to enjoy a nice cooked meal that did not break the bank and left me full for the time being. The process was smooth and easy; they have a couple fridges that carry the meals. Menu changes about every two weeks according to the worker. The dude was cool and answered all my questions. Glad I was able to discover this place, and I heavily recommend it for anyone looking for some deliciois meal prep options specially since the food waa so good! read more

I've been picking up lunches here for more than a month now and still genuinely enjoy every meal. The meals are actually very good for healthy food. So flavorful, fresh, thoughtfully made, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate the dairy-free, gluten-free, and pescatarian options, plus the nutrition labels (a lifesaver if you're tracking macros). I love that I can either stop by and grab some or preorder them so I have a bag ready for pickup. Highly disappointed with 80% Nutrition. My husband and I really wanted to like them... we tried hard to but after multiple mess ups and not keeping their word, we have decided to move on! The first delivery, no issue. After that, the issues came. First issue: they said delivery was from 6pm-10pm. Okay, fine. Well one Sunday we waited until about 9:30pm and then reached out to the person who delivered the food the Sunday before. He was kind but said he didn't know what was going on basically because he wasn't in charge of delivering our food this time. He reached out to I guess the manager or something which I do have her name and she eventually called around 10:15 PM. She wasn't sure where our delivery was either and said that the delivery person wasn't responding. They tried to say it was because of the Grammys, which may have caused traffic, but we don't even live in that area! She also said she would refund us for the delivery fee which we never received. We decided to just forget that issue because everyone makes mistakes. Anyways Eventually, our order got delivered around 10:30 or 10:45 PM. The next two deliveries seemed fine. Second issue: this past Sunday... Again delivery is supposed to be between 6 PM and 10 PM. Around 10 PM we reached out to the guy who delivered the last two orders and he had no idea. He said he would get back to us, but he did not. Since we were banking on them for our lunch and dinner, we had to buy food elsewhere since we didn't bother to meal prep our own things. Anyways, I call them this Monday and no one could really give me an answer as to what happened. Eventually we were told someone forgot to pack it in their car. They ended up saying delivery would be there that day by 5 PM. 5 PM comes and goes and still no delivery. I reach back out possibly around 5:30 PM and we're told it still hasn't been picked up for delivery, but it should be there before the end of the night. It eventually comes around 6:30ish. My husband called back before it got delivered and he spoke to one of the employees who said they would also refund us for I think the delivery and for two meals... It's now Thursday and no refund. The first refund that the lady I spoke to offered... I take that as a loss because we never questioned her about that again. However, this one... Hopefully they keep their word. I even reached out to them on Instagram and left a comment under a picture, but they deleted the whole post. Maybe in store is different but delivery and customer service sucks! They are quick to charge you but can't keep their word. I wanted to give 1 star but the one guy who delivered our food twice was the reason they got an additional star. read more

After a bit of a rocky start, I can wholeheartedly recommend 80% Nutrition. They are one of those rare businesses that actually listen to their customers complaints and respond with more than generic canned emails. You can tell from their responses that they not only care about their business, but their customers as well. Very refreshing to say the least.. The food is great. Everything I've tried has been fantastic. Their prices are pretty amazing for the quality and taste, and are way better than the other places I looked in to. I really like this place but honestly some of the food items are a hit or miss. I recently ordered their steak bowl and the steak was tough and chewy which Is unfortunate. I also got their carne asada bowl and this one is the worst. The carne asada is very cheap quality and there are a lot of fat and weird pieces in the bowl( didn't finish it and threw it away). Honestly some of the worst care asada I have ever had, total waste of money. However, their smoothies are really good and the price point is great. I think I'll just stick to their chicken bowls. Reconsider getting your food from here , they claim to be fresh, but use fake eggs in their breakfast meals and burritos, most of their meat and fish is frozen, not fresh, an actual healthy and truly fresh alternative would be eating at a place like waba grill where everything actually is fresh, most people working here also must not have their food handling certification because multiple times the vegetables in the plate tasted kinda rotten. The customer service is subpar and for it being in such a nice area i would have assumed the quality of food and service would be higher than what was presented , I have gone to fast food places with better customer service. read more

I popped in here on a whim the other day and started chatting with the lovely owner, Danielle, who made me a wonderful green smoothie full of fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. She also suggested that I try the chicken teriyaki sandwich, which was SO flavorful and I think I may have a new lunch addiction. I love that the calories are under 500 for all items and that breakfast is $8 and all other meals are $11 for a very generous portion. I've been eating their food for almost a decade. I've been super excited that they now have their own little restaurant. The restaurant looks beautiful, and the owners are magnificent. I love it however, every two weeks they have fresh new specialty items. The food is really good for losing weight and also is healthy and it's not nasty tasting. It's good food With less calories. I love it how I don't have to think about counting my calories because each food has its own macros list and nutritional ingredients. I highly recommend this. read more

There's less of a variety here but I still enjoy what I've gotten. My favorites are the Turkey tacos, top sirloin steak, and bbq chicken bowl. Pasadena nutrishop also offers a buy 5 get 1 free. After trying a few weeks of grabbing meal preps at the physical location, I'll be trying recurring orders from now on. read more

Just wanted to update my review as I received a request from the owner to do so after having utilized the service. I'm a foodie so I'm super critical of food services and expect a high level of execution if food is your industry so Id say just take my comments w/ a grain of salt tho and have your own experience. The food was good. It does need to be properly heated so the stove and air fryer are your best friends here. The meals were pretty carb-heavy and some even had two carbs which was interesting given I was on the weight loss plan. Some meals felt a lil less than stellar aka the breakfasts seemed like pre-packaged items vs chef made etc. Again, I'm a foodie so I didn't enjoy that nearly every savory meal had the same type of herbal treatment (maybe because I was on the weight loss plan) but it wasn't horrible. Simple and clean for the most part. My absolute favorite was the chicken sandwich with tomato and pesto, I broke it apart and heated it in the air fryer and it was pretty brilliant. I was able to enjoy the other half later in the day too. The breakfast was good as well, felt a lil unhealthy but tasted great and went a long way. Both were huge portions. The yogurt parfait was yummy. I would recommend putting the granola in a separate container or package so that it doesn't get soggy but aside from that, it was awesome! I would recommend that the owner be sure to respond to new customers' inquiries as soon as possible cause you can get a bit of anxiety when you spend your funds and have a question but can't find answers or chat w/ anyone. I'd also maybe diversify the herbs/spices so it feels a more purposeful and intentional flavor profile. But for the money, and if you just need to not have to cook and would rather heat and eat, this is a pretty good option. As a customer, I would recommend attempting to research the ingredients if you can in case you have an aversion or might have an adverse reaction to anything, or simply don't do well w/ some things. Maybe a listing of the nutrition information would be cool for your staple offerings. Also, once the owner is aware of an issue, she will address it promptly and that goes a really long way. It's been three days and I never received my order, a call or a refund. I am so glad I found this spot!! I have been getting all my lunches here. I go on Sundays and grab my meals for the week from the fridge - in and out in 2 minutes. I am so grateful to have found this service. I had gained about 12 lbs during Covid and couldn't seem to lose it. I decided to try a meal prep service and 80% was recommended by my trainer. Their staff and my trainer worked together to create a plan that worked alongside my workouts, and I'm so grateful I have lost the weight and kept it off. I really wanted to like this place- but unfortunately there are better services. Their food is unlabeled- if I'm buying something for dietary purposes i want to know what's in it. I'm not even talking about extensive ingredients tho im sure some ppl would appreciate it. "Salmon with X Sauce and X grilled vegetables" on the container not just on a random label in the store. I bought a bunch of these meals for my mom and it was a pain to have to label them myself. (I've personally done many meal services and the dishes are always labeled). Selection and variety of food was very limited for lunch and dinner. I guess they do theme weeks so when I visited it was Mexican but the following week was meant to be more Asian? If you do a months worth of food you are limited to the theme of the week. Again, this is different than most other meal services that you commit to for a month but then can order from a large variety. The prices are reasonable and the food is ok. But overall lot of room for improvement before I would buy again. read more
