The founder and chef of Mister 01 is Chef Renato Viola from Amalfi Coast, who worked in pizzerias since age 11. Chef Viola opened his first location of this incredible establishment in Miami Beach and since then expanded to over twenty outposts of this establishment, including this spot in Brickell. It's popular and for many good reasons. Star Luca is their most famous variant and admittedly, it's quite good. From the chunks of delicious cheese loaded into the star edges to the incredible thin crust, this is really a great pizza. One might even say that it's a special style that's neither resembling Neapolitan Pizzas or any other style out there. Vibe is casual and staff are welcoming. Thus, for an excellent pizza meal, Mister 01 delivers in the best ways possible.

The combination sounds crazy, but it works perfectly. Sweet, spicy, savory... every bite hits different. For dessert, we got a small Nutella pizza (because priorities), and it was just as amazing--crispy, warm, and loaded with melted Nutella. Exactly what we needed after a long day. When it arrived, we were also provided with a spicy olive oil that tasted just so divine when paired with the pizza. I'm still dreaming of the pizza today! I was grateful to hear that there were locations in the Orlando area because I'll certainly be checking them out. I've had pizzas at or around this price point that have been rather disappointing, but the Star Luca was well worth it and delicious!
