This is my second time coming to Joe's NYC Pizza in Wynwood with friends after a night out, and every single time it hits the spot Being from NYC, I can honestly say this is the closest thing you're going to get to a real NY slice in Miami. Hot, delicious, perfectly cheesy, and the best part? They have all the toppings and seasonings laid out on the table ready for you to dress up your slice exactly how you want it. I had the spinach slice and the pepperoni slice, and both were 10/10. The vibe is casual, quick, and exactly what you need after being out all night. Me and my friends were definitely happy campers by the end of it Highly recommend if you're craving authentic NY-style pizza in Miami.
I went to Joe's Pizza on May 9th because I was in the Miami area and wanted some pizza. It was a nice warm night, and everyone was outside walking. There were a lot of people inside, as the pizza place is small. You can eat inside, outside patio, or choose a food delivery option. I was recommended Joe's Pizza since it's very popular in Miami. It was a very busy night there. I ordered two cheese pizzas, and didn't wait too long for the food. What I didn't like was that my pizzas were left in the oven too long. The crust was burnt, and I wasn't the only customer who had burnt crust on their pizzas. Overall, it was just an okay Miami pizza place.
Excellent perfect white pizza cheese cooked it was delivered pretty quickly. I use Uber eats and it was a good shape. No problems with it. Nice and hot. don't have anything much to say I didn't have anything else but the pizza.
Wow! New York style pizza from Joe's in Miami. What a treat ! While we were walking the Wynnwood Walls area we spotted this Gem. Upon entry you knew you had stumbled into something special. The walls were covered with famous celebrities with the orginal owner Joe. We order the thin crust Pepperoni and Caprese Style both we absolutely delicious with a subtle crackle each bite the texture was smooth and had just a touch of char to it , as good a bite I've had anywhere. Really made the day out one to remember.

The slices have that classic NY taste with a thin, crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and the perfect foldable slice that reminds you of grabbing pizza in Manhattan. For being in the heart of Wynwood, the prices honestly weren't too bad either. Great spot for a quick bite while exploring the area, and definitely one of the better pizza spots in Miami for true NY pizza lovers.
Was in Wynwood and decided to try the famous Joe's pizza and walked away a little underwhelmed. The sausage and pepperoni slice was soggy, greasy and I could not pick up the slice to eat it it was so soggy. The back half was better. The cheese slice was dry and nothing to write home about. They do a very brisk business there and the pizza is definitely acceptable but nowhere near the legendary status people think they have. At seven dollars a slice it should be a lot better. Nonetheless it was decent and I would probably go back if I wanted pizza and I was in the area
First! The theme of the place was cool, with the photos of all the celebs that pass through the place! The service of the lady that attended me that day was nice and the made the pizza in a timely manner. The pizza itself though was actually one of my favorite of that day (Pizza Tour)! The sauce was really good and the dough was really tasty! Really good portion in my opinion!

I also liked that the prices are not typical of Winwood either. Took me back to when I was a child in NY and I would stop to get a slice most days after school. The service was great, everyone was very friendly. Will absolutely be back!!
Tried Joe's today was in the area. Service was great. Ordered 2 slices of plain pie. Pizza had excellent crunch and was cooked to my liking. Nice and thin ny slice. The only problem I had was that it wasn't very flavorful. I would go again to try another one. Overall very good
If you're in the mood for authentic NY style pizza you're in the right place. The store was clean enough with lots of available seating and filled with photos with celebrities and employees. My pizza was good once seasoned. I do wish they reheated the slices for a little bit longer and my spinach was a bit mushy hence the 4 stars. The service was also fine but nothing spectacular. I only ordered one slice but another customer ordered a whole pie while I was there and it appeared to be a fresh and hot pie so I would try to order a whole one in the future and see if the quality is better due to it not being reheated.
Joe's is always busy, always with a great buzz in and out of the shop. I always wondered what it was like or why there was such a buzz. I heard from many that they sold pizza from slice and that it was reasonable, especially for Miami/Wynwood and so finally for lunch, I decided to try. My husband and I popped in on a Sunday and it was busy but the team had the hot pizza's coming. The space inside is really small but they have casual seating, first come first serve, and it's really meant to be a pizza shop where you eat and go. We tried 4 different types of pizzas and our favorite was the pepperoni and the cheese! Loved this casual, quick, lunch spot!

Tastes just like the Joe's Pizza in New York City!!! Same owners and we went around noon and the pizza was super fresh and crispy just how I like it. Service was great you can order the full pie or by the slice. The ambiance and decor is the same as the NY locations. Right in the heart of Wynwood. Parking can be tricky because there's street parking and there's a local garage a block or two away. Highly recommend trying them out. read more

As someone who grew up eating New York pizza, I don't hand out compliments to just any pizza place. Joe's Pizza in Wynwood genuinely impressed me. The crust was thin and crispy with just the right amount of chew, the sauce had great flavor without being overpowering, and the cheese was perfectly melted. It tasted like the kind of classic slice you'd grab in New York. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for. If you're looking for authentic New York-style pizza in Miami, this is the place. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Wynwood. Highly recommend! The spot is very cozy. read more

Do you know that feeling, you eat somewhere, and the next day all you can think about is going back for more? That is how we feel about Joe's. Mind you, I am from Jersey (NJ) and set a high bar when it comes to pizza. We went here after an awesome Shakira concert in downtown Miami, and it hit the spot. The Sicilian was perfect! Thick, fluffy, with that slightly burnt cheese on the edges. The regular pizza pies were just the right level of crustiness on the bottom. You could eat it folded if you prefer or flat. Top this all off with a cool Miami neighborhood that has a revitalized vibe. Go try yourself! Thank you Joe's Pizza for bringing me back home with your culinary excellence. read more

Was in Wynwood and decided to try the famous Joe's pizza and walked away a little underwhelmed. The sausage and pepperoni slice was soggy, greasy and I could not pick up the slice to eat it it was so soggy. The back half was better. The cheese slice was dry and nothing to write home about. They do a very brisk business there and the pizza is definitely acceptable but nowhere near the legendary status people think they have. At seven dollars a slice it should be a lot better. Pizza is delicious and freshly made. If you love NY style pizza, you will love this place. The location is great, right off to the side of Lincoln Road next to a parking lot. Staff and service were great. This place gets filled up quick but service and seating flows. read more
Always wanted to check out Joes Pizza but never want to visit New York City and finally they brought the same experience to closer to me in Wynwood! The signage inside saying it's from Spider-Man was iconic! I'll never forget it being in that movie. The line is always huge but it goes by quick and it's so worth it! They are also open super late too which is great. They have so many slices to choose from and I went with the combination slice and Sicilian slice. The combo slice has pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and sausage. I really liked the crisp crunchy bread with the flavorful toppings. It all went perfectly and for $6 a great snack. I also really liked the Sicilian slice even though I wish it had a little bit more sauce. It added a little variety but if I had to choose what I liked more it was the combo slice. If you are in Wynwood you must check out Joes. It's great to grab a slice and walk around town and it's right in the heart of Wynwood so it's not much of a deviation from your time out either. read more

Authentic NY style Pizza in Wynwood. This spot is always bustling. headed here for the nostalgia and because I was just really craving a slice. Ended up taking home a whole pie, because, why not? It has the NY corner pizza shop feel, right in the heart of wynwood. Pictures of celebs adorn the walls. Lots of seating and it moves quickly so you won't wait long. read more
This was so good! We decided to go out for a quick slice and Joe's Pizza didn't disappoint. It's a small pizza joint, with bar seating against the walls to make up a dining area. Enjoy all the photos of celebrities who have visited Joe's in NY while you enjoy your food. Order at the counter and enjoy a couple of slices, staff were friendly! I'm very impressed with with this pizza joint. Growing up I loved going to jerry & joes for the slice of pizza and soda pop combo. Now as an adult I'm pulling up to Joes pizza NYC Wynwood location like "wassssssup ?!?! Let me get 3 slices of ......." Yes they are fire , they are bustinnn, they have the juice and the sauce and apparently they have the Hollywood industry. This is definitely become a staple in the Wynwood area. Everyone loves Joes pizza. I recently discovered a location in Los Angeles (studio city area and the traffic and hype isn't as big as it is here in Miami. My hosenf opinion, everything in Miami is better. If you're visiting or live here in Miami if you don't stop at Joes pizza are you even in Miami ?!?! read more
Meh overall. Prices are high for normal sized slices. Overpriced. My one slice was blackened on the bottom, straight up burnt. Disappointing really. It's basically just NYC stylepizza. I've had just as good at the mall at a Sbarro's...more than once. Loud as all get out inside the place and it does a brisk business. I'd go back here if I were drunk late night and needed a slice, but sober, I'd pass. They do have free wifi, so there's that. read more
Slices of Heaven! We stopped in for a couple of slices after walking around Wynwood and man im glad we did. Joes is a small store front that feels like you are walking into a NYC pizza shop. The counter has all the pies you could ask for and once you're done looking through the glass, you come to the end, tell them what you want and they ring you up quick and your slices go right in the oven. They came out a few minutes later and they were HOT. Nice and crispy from the reheat and all the cheese was melty and delicious. Sauce is perfect balanced and we hammered the slices quick! These slices are up there as far as best pizza I've had in SoFlo so i would definitely go back if I'm down there. read more

If you're in wynwood and you know what good NY pizza tastes like, go here! The crust is perfect. It doesn't flop. The toppings are amazing. Price is absolutely reasonable. I went to Miami for work during the Art Basel weekend and enjoyed a night out with my boss. We were hungry and the line was long, but damn worth it! We talk about to this day. This pizza parlor is located in the heart of Wynwood. Excellent for getting a slice of pizza or an entire pie. Many different options for toppings and prepared right in front of you. The slices are big and delicious. And in case you left a bar late night, just what you need; a pizza place open to have something to eat; like the rest of the people you'll find there with a good atmosphere. I took a bite out of this, and I was suddenly back at Fulton St NY. This is legit. I initially thought I could tackle 2 slices but after the one I was done. They're quite sizeable and you can taste the good quality ingredients. We were trying to compare this pizza to one we had had in Miami Beach called Giotti's which also has really good reviews and the truth is that it's not fair to judge them in the same category. Giotti's is traditional, Italian style pizza while Joe's is distinctly NY, and if that's what you're looking for, you have the best here in Wynwood. Wish we had something like this in Orlando. read more
I have to say, the pizza at Joe's is absolutely fantastic -- truly one of the best slices I've had in a long time. Perfectly crisp crust, just the right amount of cheese, and deliciously balanced flavors. If this review were based on food alone, it would be a full 5 stars without hesitation. However, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. I encountered an issue with the cashier, who told me her name was Samantha. I simply asked to purchase a small container so I could take some Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and garlic to go -- a request I've made at many pizza spots before without issue, especially when I'm happy to pay for it. Unfortunately, Samantha was extremely dismissive and told me point-blank that her boss does not allow them to sell containers to anyone buying just a single slice of pizza. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I understand the importance of policies -- but there's a way to communicate things respectfully. Samantha's attitude was unwelcoming and unnecessarily curt, especially as I was trying to be polite and reasonable. She even took a sip from her water bottle mid-conversation, then flatly told me, "For you, my name is Samantha," when I asked for her name. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food deserves better service to match. Joe's Pizza has something great going in the kitchen -- hopefully the front of house can catch up. read more
