I went to Dr. Haddad per my boy friend's recommendation, who has been a patient of Dr. Haddad and Dr. Radfar for many years, simply because I was tired of having to wait months for my teeth cleaning appointment over at my regular dentist, who I have been extremely happy with for years. Dr. Haddad diagnosed me with not 1, but 4 sever cavities ( 3 and 4 surfaces) when I went to see her for a first time checkup. Since I was not experiencing any pain or discomfort, I developed a suspicion, so I decided to seek a second opinion from my regular dentist. Sure enough, his diagnosis was NO cavity at all. Dr. Haddad also claimed that I am in sever need of a deep cleaning and rated my Perio scaling a 6-7. She performed a regular cleaning of max 35-40 min on the day of my checkup. My insurance was charged $1200 for a deep cleaning which she never performed. My regular dentist diagnosed me with having a Perio scaling of 1-2 and not in need of deep cleaning and was puzzled and in disbelief at both Dr. Haddad's incorrect diagnosis. I am thankful that my intuition and suspecions led me to seek a second opinion, before letting this dentist dig into 4 of my perfectly healthy teeth. It is very disturbing and sad to know that a dentist would abuse her position of trust, falsifies diagnosis , so to gain financial benefits. These type of dentist are simply business men, and not professionals whose #1 priority should be patient care. She not only has lost me as a patient, but also potential future patients. After all, this is a very small town and words definitely spread around! I highly suggest for everyone to either stay away from this dentist, or be sure to get another opinion before letting her do any work on you. There are so many wonderful and honest dentists in this town. So why risk going to this one?! read more

Ive had my fair share of bad experiences since I was a kid- resulting in crooked teeth and three cracked and unfinished root canals. It was embarrassing. Due to a few bad past experiences, I have always a great deal of anxiety before going to the dentist, even if is just for a routine cleaning. I have very sensitive teeth and a low tolerance for pain. I picked up my dental device last week and Dr. Radfar made sure that it fit perfectly. The device is so light and so well fitted that i couldn't even tell I had a device in my mouth compared to the devices I had previously used. I'm referring my mother to Dr. Radfar so that she can get a set too. I went again today for a followup and Dr. Radfar just wanted to make sure it's very comfortable and the snoring has been resolved. He's a very caring Doctor and definitely listens to his patients. For years I had felt some tiredness in the day that I tried to overcome with coffee. Was not sure why this was happening. After a sleep study from 805 Dentistry I learned that I was waking up many times per hour from snoring but did not have sleep apnea. Dr. Radfar had a mouthpiece made that I wear to bed. His office staff is wonderful and if insurance didn't cover the entire cleaning they always waived any extra amount. I've been seeing Dr. Haddad since 2005 and after having gotten married and popping out 2 kids, the entire family now goes to see her twice a year for our deep cleaning, whitening (me only), and other fixes.
