The best dentist office I have been to, not kidding. They are professional, courteous, and friendly. They use modern technology to ensure you are getting the best care and treatment. I have referred about 8 people their direction, all who also said they received great care. Recently I had a piece of tooth crumble (work from other dentist office in the past), they got me in same day to accommodate, and get it taken care of. Prices are a bit steep, but that is all dentists I feel. But when you go to blow your money, make it with Lombard, at least you know you are getting the best care. read more

I'm super sad to write this review, but that's what it's come to. I've been going to this detal office since almost the very beginning. Dr. V and his wife Anna were wonderful. Accommodating. Helped me big time with a loss of my two front veneers and Dr. V did a great job of repairing/replacing them. I vowed to tell everyone about their work and the office. And I did. We often had lovely conversations about food and pastry places and Anna turned me on to a wonderful place in the valley. But all that is water under the bridge now. Over the last year, both my husband and I were approached with the need for "irrigation services" for $95 because our gums were "inflamed". I did the treatment initally, until I got home and did some research. It's not even REAL irrigation, which should be administered by a PERIODONTIST, not a dental office. I thought it was weird that it felt like all they did was squirt mouthwash around my gums. I saw nothing wrong with my gums prior and nothing "better" after. Next time I went in, I kindly declined the service as it is not covered by insurance nor recoginized by the dental association that I researched. They also offered it to my husband again, and he declined. We were not approached again to have this service performed, and that was good enough for me. I get it, you need to make a buck. I recommended my 22 year-old daughter see them for a cleaning as she was transitioning from her childhood dental office (yes, they treat young adults and she loved them!). In comes the "special" $95 "treatement" that my daughter ASSumed she needed. She paid the fee and walked out the door. I called to talk to Anna, who basically avoided my calls. I left many messages with specific times to call me back (due to my work schedule) and EVERYTIME she called back at a different time. Totally frustrating. I finally talked to the office personnel who's response to me was "well your daughter had her card out so she knew she needed to pay." Wait. What? What does that have to do with ANYTHING?? I requested a refund, based on the fact this is NOT a LEGITIMATE dental service and it's not necessary. I'm helping my kid navigate the world and when I send her somewhere that I'm recommending, she is not expecting to be taken advantage of. Weeks later, still not a single conversation with Anna, AND no receipt for the services that not even my FSA card would honor. OH and I should note that the irrigation is really $150 but they are going to give you a big fat discount and only charge you $95. Not to mention the fact that my last cleaning got rescheduled THREE times without a phone call. Just a cold text message telling me they needed to reschedule. The last time they canceled me, they didn't bother to even reachout or try to reschedule. Given how this was handled, the rudeness of the front desk receiption and lack of care for long time patients, I will not be back. I'm a loyalist so it takes A LOT for me to turn away. But turn away I must. I suggest a BUYER BEWARE attitude for this office. It seems they are super focused on making sure new clients get the 5 start treatment, while longer term clients are far less important. Sad situation. And really sorry it came to this. read more

Probably the worst experience I've ever had. The dental assistant took 25 minutes to do x-rays and really hurt my mouth. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was fine, but was a little rough around the edges and dropped one of the dental appliances on the ground. He then suggested that because some of my pockets were deep that I get an oral antibiotic treatment which I agreed to have. .. I sat there for an additional 15 minutes and finally got up to leave. I saw him talking to the dentist and he assured me he would do the treatment then so I returned to my seat. while I'm sitting in the chair, the office assistant shoves me a quote in my face, which would appear to be $127 for this antibiotic treatment. When I went to pay the bill, they charged me $385 for this antibiotic which was three little blotches on my gums. The entire cleaning with X-rays and antibiotics was $670 read more

The receptionist was kind and professional. During a visit, my jaw locked open, and he forced it shut. Oh, the pain! The result of his injury to me put me in physical therapy for quite some time, and I am still in pain months later. This has only happened one time previously and the dentist massaged my jaw until it closed and there was no residual pain. He also lied about my future treatments. One of his assistants was not kind and was very pushy about future treatments. Services were continually "recommended" that were not needed. "It's covered by insurance" is not a reason to have dental work performed. For these reasons, one cannot in good faith recommend this practice. read more

If I could give Dr Lebovich ten stars I would. I have grown up with such extreme anxiety about visiting the dentist because I have had some bad past experiences. Dr Lebovich has an amazing touch and is precise and gentle. He takes the time to explain the process thoroughly, which really helps me . Dr takes great pride in his dentistry. as he should. He and his staff are pleasant, encouraging and understanding about my anxiety. My teeth are so improved since he became my dentist. in addition Dr L is very meticulous, and a perfectionist about his work. I'm so happy with him. Emily is his front desk/billing and she couldn't be sweeter and more helpful. always so nice! Vanessa is his dental tech and she too is just wonderful, warm, kind and funny and the office in general is exceptional. This is the kindest most thorough dentist I've ever been to. I'm so happy I found this place. The hygienist was also great. I've had issues with my gums because of poor flossing but after 1 treatment my gums no longer bleed when I floss. The filling I got yesterday was great and I no longer have sensitivity when biting on that side. The last thing I want to mention is how great the front desk staff is. Dr. Vadim has been my dentist for thirteen years. In my opinion you either love a dentist or you don't and Dr. Vadim is without a doubt on the love list. I've literally followed him when he's moved offices. And will continue as long as he practices. Dr. Vadim knows what he's doing and he does it so well. His gentle approach, his advice, and his amazing skills are something of a rare gem. He takes his time, talks you through options so you never feel overwhelmed and makes sure you're on same page. I enjoyed being a patient here at Lombard Dental. Everything is simply perfect. Front desk staff is fantastically nice and helpful. I have a busy schedule, but they always were able to fit me in. Wait time is zero minutes. Seriously. It took me some time to complete all the paperwork at my first visit, but that's it. I had a complicated case with an implant (made a number of years ago at another clinic), and Dr. Vadim took a great care of it and suggested further treatment. I have a clear idea of what to do now. I probably should have posted this review when I came in. Dr Vadim saw me on an emergency basis right at the beginning of the pandemic because one of my teeth broke. He quickly treated me, had me fitted for a crown which promptly arrived. After two years the crown has held nicely and is very comfortable. I highly recommend this office. GREAT at SALES. BAD at POST OP follow up. Unfortunately I signed up here, without having enough information about this office. I prepaid a huge amount. At the sales visit they spent a lot of time and touted being competitively priced. Thrashed other places too. But costs were quite high and not as low, even with some discount was price became high and added up quickly with various add ons. Then after having the initial surgery done I opted to finish dental work elsewhere. But guess what, now needing a refund, it's hard getting my money back. Just not right. I can't speak to the work of the main dentist, since he didn't work on me, but feel like it's a money grab and sales pitch. Just like another person pointed out, the receptionist gives wrong conflicting information. I agree with that. Seems she's been given too much power. She's answering post op questions, that should be given by the surgeon or main dentist, not by a non medical person. After paying this place several thousands of dollars (even cash) I'd expect them to refund me with the same Method of Payment, paid when asked. After major surgery I only got a text? At other offices I've been to the dentist that performed the work called himself to see how I was doing. A text is quite impersonal. Perhaps the main dentist does good work, hard to say, so don't want to thrash him, as he did no actual work on me at all. Guess I won't find out. Can say, though, that their traveling specialist was fast, painful and kept complimenting himself over his work and saying how easy it was. How does this benefit the patient? God complex? I was given papers that says "ask all the questions you want", but when I called to ask which device was implanted, I was told to call their traveling specialist and look up the number myself. WHAT??? They can sell it to me, take my money, but not answer questions afterwards? Not even tell me what I bought. Eventually when pressured the receptionist agreed to give me a name of my device, but sounded super irritated. Not even sure it's the right name. What kinda customer service is this? Not returning except for required follow up visits. Hoping that what the hard handed specialist did didn't ruin my mouth. I've lost faith. Going back to my regular dentist after, who is honest and does superb excellent work. read more

I cannot express how extremely happy I am with Lombard Dental! I don't review too often but this is a must. I am very particular about my teeth and aesthetics. My porcelain veneer on my front tooth finally broke... and at the same time I needed a root canal. I was horrified without a front tooth but Lombard took me immediately for a temp tooth that looked extremely authentic and took them only minutes to make. My root canal was my first ever, was very easy to schedule, and the procedure was quick and painless. For my veneer replacement, Dr. discussed options for me and I was able to choose what worked best for me...and the turnaround time was unbelievable! I had a wedding to attend and holidays out of town in the near future. I was disappointed that didn't schedule my impressions earlier, but even with that, they were able to make and apply my new beautiful crowns before the wedding and the holidays. The staff is fun yet professional. They are knowledgeable and respectful. I was amazed at how gentle they were with me and still speedy. I give Lombard dental a zero rating, due to my experience with the front office, dentists and answering service. I made an appointment just last Friday due to severe pain with a tooth. Now Monday they call me to see if I can come in earlier I tell them no I cannot and after playing phone tag between the front office and the answering service. They tell me they need to call me back to find out if the dentist will be able to make my original appointment. At this point now it's Monday afternoon in worst pain then Friday mouth swollen and I knew at this point I had to find a dentist because Lombard dental would not be reliable Very frustrating would not recommend especially if you are in pain!! read more

We love this dental office My daughter has had very bad dentists experience in the past , we came to this office in a emergency we had and the office staff was very professional and accommodating with our needs . We got a appointment very fast . I was so terrified that my daughter was not going to let the dentist work on her tooth ( because of her bad experience before) from the moment we got to the office everyone was very nice.
