They were quick, two days of sanding and painting in my house (cabinets and drawers were sanded and painted at their shop). In less than a week, my kitchen was done. The quality is amazing; not only did they sand paint the cabinet, doors and drawers, they also sanded and painted the back sides of the doors and inside all of the drawers. Our tub was clean and in relatively good condition, but it was 10 years old and had a couple of hairline cracks and a rather big chip in it. He sent someone to repair it…read more Then just within three months of the repair, it chipped again, then I scheduled repair with him. His people missed the appointments three times----we need to work and we can not sit in the house 24/7 to wait for the reglaze people to come. If there is an appointment, please come on time. Although there is a two-year warranty, the reglazing work is very smelly, we cannot live in the house for at least two days before the smell goes away.
