The infrastructure in our home is very outdated and Marc drove to four different stores in one day to find the right parts for everything (plus an Amazon order for a part that wasn't available on island). He fixed the leak and was even able to fix our shower handle that hasn't worked properly for at least 4 years. 3 other plumbers had said it wasn't possible to do without tearing apart the wall and replacing the pipes. Marc took the time to R&D and got it done for us, quickly too. So grateful that he didn't give up on it. Such a nice and genuine guy. He'll definitely be our go to moving forward, especially as we think about renovations!

Water heater wasn't working and they came on multiple occassions and never fixed it right. Left…read moreelectrical wiring on heater all hacked up with bare wires exposed and heater switch dismantled. Said they would perform a temporary repair by installing a smaller heater and never did. Why would they do that? Why not wait and install the correct one? Had to shower with cold water and heater is still not fixed. They also walk into the house without knocking and when they leave they never let the customer know what repairs were performed or that they left. I guess because no repairs were ever done. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Update for the two brand new toilets that they had installed a year ago.. One brand new toilet is…read morerunning good. The other toilet, apparently months later it started leaking at the base. Probably due to a faulty seal? Had to call a handyman to come and fix the issue. Maybe their workers are inexperienced.

After the April 2025 service (which was specifically for a drainage issue), the unit began leaking significantly more. A second technician from the company later noted that the indoor unit appeared to be sloped away from the drain. By that point, the system was leaking heavily. The indoor unit was installed with very limited clearance to the ceiling (approximately 1"), which can contribute to condensation and drainage issues. Over the following months, the problem worsened to the point where the unit stopped cooling properly and ultimately had to be replaced. There was also visible mold and buildup inside the unit consistent with ongoing moisture and drainage problems. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company. Their position was that the issue developed over time and was related to maintenance, and they declined to provide any additional compensation beyond credits for the service calls, which did not resolve the drainage issue. As a homeowner, I relied on the company's expertise and only became aware of potential underlying issues after the drainage problem was not resolved. I understand that older systems can have issues, but the condition of the unit worsened after the service that was intended to fix the drainage problem. Based on how this was handled, I do not feel the company stood behind the outcome of the service. I'm sharing this so others have the full context before deciding who to work with. Additional clarification: To clarify, I did not request that the company pay for a full replacement system - only a partial contribution toward the replacement after the condition worsened following the April service.

When we asked her for a quote before proceeding, we were pleasantly surprised at how affordable she was, so we followed through. We returned home before she was done with the cleaning and were stoked on the results. Our red dirt baseboards are white again (thought they were stained) and our house looked and felt flawless.
