They even took a very noticeable collision dent out of my front bumper free of charge! I'm not saying expect free repairs, but they're great people who get the job done right. Service manager said he could get her running good again. I felt pretty good about Carz R Us at that point. Left the car there around 830 AM. Didn't hear anything for awhile but got a call around 230 PM. They wanted me to approve ANOTHER $100 for diagnostic service. I wasn't aware of the first $100 fee. In all my years of dealing with automotive services I've never been charged diagnostic fees. I told them to cancel any more fees and I'll be down to pick it up. When I got there they told me that they were very busy and didn't get to my car right away. It was then that I realized that I'm not sure they even got to it. When the person drove my car out he was visibly pissed and came roaring around the corner and slammed the brakes then slammed the door. I'm sure they were counting on soaking me for more $$$. I took the car to a different local mechanic and he fixed the problem in less than an hour for $75 and zero diagnostic fees. Thank goodness I didn't let Carz R Us keep my car. Buyer beware!
