The side of fence that everyone sees is crooked. When calling to see about where on the property line was it placed, because the bad neighbor was able to "connect " to my fence when I expressed to be INSIDE my property lines. When calling, is when she got all bent out of shape. If she would have answered my questions, I would have been able to determine wether they should be listed as an error, when I file a civil lawsuit against the neighbor. Do not use them. There are other fence companies just as capable & obviously this place doesn't care about customer service.

The quality of the work, attention to detail and design for the project left nothing to be desired. The friendliness of the company personnel, from the basic paver installer to Joel the company owner was comforting during the life of the project. At the end of the project, we were very impressed with the level of self-quality control where several company workers and finally the owner himself walked the project and requested certain pavers be reinstalled due to small chips etc. that were observed. Timeliness, the project was completed on time and with incredible speed. In the end, we are extremely pleased with the end result. Our home was made much more attractive and the value to cost of the property was worth every penny. Many of our neighbors have commented on how beautiful the driveway and front now look. I had to reach out that evening when I realized he wasn't coming and once again he rescheduled. He finally showed up and spoke with my contractor and said he'd have an estimate right away, next day. Once again the guy dropped off the face of the earth and even after texting him countless times he has NEVER responded!! Let me first start out by saying they installed our first fence 10 years ago and it was flawless. Hired them again and let's just say my 10 year old nephew could have done better. Had to pay another fence company to tear it all our and reinstall EVERY LAST PIECE. Not one panel level. Could push them all over with little effort. Caps literally blew off on a windy day. And I dealt directly with the owner (Gary) who knew the installers had no clue what they were doing. And he didn't even bother to return a single phone call. Can't wait for my court date.
