The workers were very care of all landscaping as well as the lanai roof screens. They cleaned everything thoroughly and made passes with their magnet to check for wayward nails on the ground. Once completed Mr Washburn returned for a final review of his team's work and also did another pass with the magnet for any stray nails. Then the owner tried gaslighting us and telling us it was "the color of the bricks and the sealant brings out the dark". But there is no black in the bricks, the black is black mold down in the porous brick that wasn't properly pressure washed out. As if we haven't lived here eight years and had it done in the past properly and know better. Now we will have to have someone out to remove all their sealant, actually clean the patio, and reseal it again. Thanks for nothing.
