This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened. Once I confirmed the company name, he said "yes, that's right", then I let him know I was on the do not call list and not interested. He got even more disrespectful and tried to act like I was the unreasonable one. While it is possible that this company is not directly the manager of this salesperson (they may have outsourced it) they do need to better vet their salespeople even if it isn't their own employee regardless. I even went to report the phone number to the FTC and get this, the phone number isn't even registered! That sales guy is using an unregistered phone number... I really EOT sees this and takes this more seriously. I am getting like 12 calls a week still after my roof was done last Fall from an August 11th storm. Again, I am on the Do Not Call list and try to tell every sales person I am not interested right away. They need to train their people better and better vet their people or how they get appointments.

The face man was very professional, even for a job as small as mine. The guys who came out and did the install had me a little worried, they looked like they had been acquitted due to mental disability, but remarkeably, they got the job DONE and they did it right. I had Advanced Home Exteriors replace the siding on my home, as well as the exterior doors. Out of…read more3 bids, theirs was the most reasonable, plus I saw that they had a history of good reviews and had also done good work for a friend. Overall I was very impressed by the quality of installation of the siding -- Hardie board underlain by 3/4" strandboard, with sealant and painting. The precision of assembly was quite good, and a considerable improvement in strength and durability over the original siding. Likewise, the doors were installed with good precision, and they function well. I was less impressed with the finer painting of the doors. The basic contract included only exterior painting of the doors in the same color as the exterior of the house. We wanted a different colored door, plus we wanted to have the interiors of the doors painted, as well as the addition and painting of corresponding trim (doors have 2 sides). This was all coordinated directly with the project supervisor for an additional fee. This additional work was mostly completed on the final day of the project, and appeared to be a rush job. The trim was added with rough jointing, and the painting around the doors was amateurish with much overpainting of adjacent surfaces. I had to subsequently revise the painting myself to achieve an adequate quality. Overall, the work on the exterior siding and door installation was excellent, and I highly reccommend Advanced Home Exteriors for this. Finer painting about the doors was a weaker area, and I'm knocking off a star for that.
