Miquael did such a good job with Bella He was having car problems and still managed to show up and serve Bella. Bella can be a bit anxious around others and Miquael was so patient in working with her. She was shedding a lot prior to her service and has had little to no shedding after her service due to the awesome job he did in combing and de shedding her. Mike is phenomenal at this he did such a great job, my cat is a maine coon so he's large and has a lot of fur which has gotten very matted. I found Miquael's page and was very excited to book because I saw he does cat grooming. When I reached out, he got back to me at the end of the day, which is quick and fine because I understand he handles cats and dogs! As a cat owner, it was reassuring to hear he handles about more than 10 cats a week. His experience as a vet technician is also a plus because he did clarify and point out a couple of things my Ello might need a doctor so it's nice to have a groomer who can help in many ways. On the day of my appointment, he picked up my pet and finished the entire session of nail trim, bath, cut, and ear clean all within the hour! Ello had no fuss and was perfect and clean. This is my first grooming experience since having my dog for a year and a half now. Prior to this, I would struggle to bathe my dog and recently trimming his nails. I got to a point where I felt it was best to leave it to a professional since my dog has had a knee injury. I did the process on my phone using his website one day prior and I quickly received an email and text verifying the appointment for today. I arrived at the address on the confirmation and was greeted by him, he introduced himself and took my dog and stated it would be 40 to 50 minutes. He asked me what I wanted for him and I stated the bath special which he charged $25 for the shampoo/ conditioning, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. He asked if I wanted him to express his anal glands too, but once I shared he had never gotten them expressed to my knowledge, he gave the recommendation not to since they do it naturally on their own and if done would have to be done on a continuous basis. At the 40 minute mark, he texted me to notify me he would be done in 10 minutes which I appreciated. My dog came back smelling great and his nails no longer drastically long. Even though he charged $25, I gave him $40 because I truly believe he did a great job with my dog. I really appreciated his help and I strongly recommend him to anyone! read more

He's young, not allot of experience, but when we needed someone to trim, bathe and properly clean our Cocker .. he was there for us. He took great care and it was very obvious that he was trying to establish himself as a premier groomer. He's very motivated and has the desire to be his best. We pay allot, every month, to have our Cocker professionally groomed. But our groomer has closed due to the Coronavirus. My only advice .. don't sell yourself cheap.
