I've taken my dogs here before and several of my family members are customers, which is why this experience was very disappointing. I brought my 3-month-old French Bulldog puppy in for a basic wash and nail trim. During the nail trim, her nail was cut into the quick, causing immediate bleeding and she began limping in pain. After bringing her home, the nail continued bleeding and left blood spots on her bed. We were also never informed that this had happened before she was released to us. I understand accidents can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. I called to inform them and explained they should have at least told us what occurred, but no concern or solution was offered. When I asked for a refund for the service, it was refused. At that point it wasn't about the money -- it was about accountability and care for a young puppy injured during a routine service. Pet owners with very young or small dogs should use caution and check their pets before leaving. read more

I sent both of my dogs there. They both received a beautiful cut and smelled great! The staff members are attentive and efficient. The only thing I do not like is the stressful atmosphere for the dogs with the fans on them and I suggest to find a solution for it. The guy was so mean to my 10 month old puppy who was a rescue at 7 months. I told him it was his first bath, that he was afraid of water, and the groomer seemed nice enough, and allowed me to wait while he bathed. I heard my dog screaming and the guy said he tried to bite him, so he put a face mask on my puppy, which totally traumatized him and when he tried to take it off he hurt his paw and was bleeding! The groomer let me walk back to see that my dog didn't like the sprayer and that he had to hand rinse him. The groomer was very angry. I took my dog out of the tub and went to the dry station with him and helped dry my dog instead of giving him more trauma from the blow dryer. The groomer started yelling at me even though I kept apologizing that it was a difficult job. The groomer took my money and told me to get out of his place and never come back! read more

When I brought him back home he seemed terrified of me and didn't want me to touch him at all which is super abnormal behavior for him. When I was finally able to pet him he started to Yelp and run away from me !!! Hi , this is the worst place I've ever tried. They are not pet friendly at all. The guy at the front door pulled my dog's hair two times when I was there. He was cruel. The groomer work was awful too. My Maltese puppy looked like chihuahua, naked. She even doesn't know that fluffy breeds like shiht zu and Maltese has to get groomed nicely and fluffy. My puppy's ears weren't even , one side was longer than the other side. In total was a bad experience, my puppy was depressed and horrified for 4 days after. My maltipoo has been groomed here a few times with no issues until today. Today I dropped him off and the young man who took him in spoke no English. I tried to describe the usual grooming he's had with them before and he nodded his head as if he understood. He wrote down my name, and had trouble understanding the dog's name but wrote down how he heard it (he was close phonetically), and my cell number. Then he removed my dog's harness, and collar with his name tag on it and handed it all to me. He called me 1.5 hours later saying he was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, this same young man went back to get him, but he brought me the WRONG DOG! I said, NO! That's not my dog! He took the other dog back, and I could see him literally "searching" for my baby and all the while I was quietly freaking out with every second that passed. He finally brought him to me, I paid, and took him to the car, nonetheless a bit frazzled. That's when I noticed that although he was white and fluffy, he was never actually clipped and groomed! So I brought him back in and that's when the owner, Joe, showed up. He said his employee probably didn't understand me and that he would talk to him about the dog mix up. So I left my dog for another hour or so for the grooming and went back to get him for the second time. This time he was groomed nicely, and I took him back to the car. That's when I noticed he was bleeding from one of his back feet. There was blood everywhere, so I brought him back into the shop and noticed he had tracked blood all over their floor on the way out to my car. Nobody mentioned anything to me about the injury. I was quite upset. Then the owner said his employee was "new", and when I wanted to know about the bleeding and obvious wound on his foot, he showed me how the nail was split. Funny how nobody mentioned this to me before I left with him. Then he tried telling me his "feet" were "weak" and asked me if he's been having trouble walking! I said NO! Then he said not to let him jump on his back legs because that was causing it. He doesn't do that!!! He tried to turf the responsibility to me. This injury happened under his watch and I wonder WHY nobody said boo to me about it before I left with him. On my way home with him, I called my vet and got an appointment for my dog to see him shortly thereafter. They had to remove the entire nail and bandage his foot up, put him on antibiotics, and gave him a shot for the pain he was in. This trifecta of mistakes was negligence all the way around and I will never trust them with my baby again! They tried to blame me for an injury that clearly happened there. They lost my trust and I'll never go back to them. read more

Last minute they were able to take us in. My 2 big dogs had fleas and they were able to do a flea bath same day. He even gave us such helpful advice on how to clean the house before the dogs got back, or else they'd get fleas again. My rescues have some trauma with their butts so they had to muzzle him.
