We took our dog in today, July 9, 2026. My dad asked how did she do and the guy said that her legs in her butt didn't like to get touched which is correct. They went to get her and our dog could not walk on the wood floors. She kept slipping and she was crying, and the guy proceeded to drag her as she's crying. I asked if I can get her and I went to go get her and helped her slowly so that she can walk. I did not like that at all. You do not drag a dog when they were slipping and crying. It made me upset instead of giving her time to walk on the wood slippery floor. I would never go back. I do not recommend this place unless you want your dog to be dragged. read more

I've been to this groomer for my two dogs a few times and every experience has been amazing. The owner, Erick, is so knowledgeable and reassuring. He takes such care and love with our pets and we come to pick our girls up with such excitement that they had a fun and safe grooming experience. our family dog Bella has been going to amazing tails for about 2 years now and so this review is long overdue... I love bringing Bella here because Erick the owner doesn't cage the dogs and Bella is not caged so this is one of the main reasons but also because Erick does a great job at grooming Bella...she always gets picked up smelling good and looking beautiful. We took our other family dog Archie for a deshedding today and it seemed to work because Archie is not shedding and he also seemed to be happy when we picked him up. Erick has also decorated his location and it looks so cute. We went today and he had a cute Halloween theme decorated all over the place. We were looking for a new groomer for Bear since his current groomer changed ownership and we were not happy with the grooming anymore. I reached out to Amazing Tails after doing some research on Yelp and Erick responded within an hour or so. He said he will check his schedule first thing in the morning and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Our first impression was "wow, what a big, clean space!" and a bonus was that all doggies are able to roam around instead of being put in kennels. We gave Erick a heads up that Bear can be a handful, moves around a lot and voices his excitement for everyone to hear. But after his grooming, Bear was a happy camper and I am so thankful that Erick took such good care of my little angel man. I texted to set up an appointment and Erick was able to accommodate my 2 dogs the very next day. He took very good care of them and gave them a nice makeover. I have to start off by pointing out what an amazing job they did with Saint my 1 year old hyper maltipoo pup! I asked for a "summer cut" because of how hot the climate has been lately, and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. Saint smelled so good and his coat felt very soft and silky after his grooming appointment which makes him so enjoyable to be around! Everything about the service provided here was professional, from the confirmation texts to the waiver signing before they begin any treatment. Erick was very welcoming and listened to all my concerns which helped take the edge off of leaving Saint with a new groomer and not to mention they are a KENNEL FREE environment. I do like that he doesn't kennel the dogs while they wait although mine don't mind either way.
