I highly recommend this place. This is the place to go if you need to have some suspension work done. Got my Dobinsons lift installed here and they did an awesome job. They have a lot of pics of Tacos but they work on many makes. Brought in my Pathfinder and after the install I noticed some noise on the ride home. Brought it back to have them take a look and everything was torqued according to spec. After reaching out to the manufacturer it turns out the bump stop needed to be transferred over to the new shocks. Chris and his team transferred it over and the noise is gone. They really did an awesome job to make sure their costumers are happy. Definitely going back to have any future upgrades to my car. read more

I've been following these guys on social media for sometime and have always loved their work. Today I kept it simple and replaced my stock tires with some Toyo A/T IIIs, as well as an alignment, and my driving experience has already increased 10x. I don't do any wheeling just yet, so I stuck with the same size tires at 265/70/16, but I do camp often and carry a lot of weight between my rooftop tent and Decked drawer system that I'll eventually look to upgrade my suspension in the near future. read more

Super clean and well maintained facility. Location is not hard to find and setting up an appointment was very easy, thanks to Chris. Cool waiting room with some wheels on display and other off road goodies. Prices are fair and install was exceptional. Would definitely recommend this place for any off road enthusiasts or anyone looking to mod their ride. This shop mainly focuses on off road vehicles and trucks. Got some wheel spacers in stalled on my truck here and not only were they extremely fast to install but the price was unmatched. A+ service. Speed! I had an initial spot to go and get my full suspension kit installed but they said the needed a whole day. Things weren't adding up and then contacted 88. He said I'll get it done in 2-3 hours. It was true and a fact. First visit awesome, second visit was better and was open to adjust and level my coils to level out to my preference no charge. They hold themselves to a standard. You get what you pay for! read more

I was looking for accessories for my wife's truck, messaged Ken, very responsive and I did end up calling and coincidentally Ken answered, he provided a quote (reasonable prices) he provided flexible schedule for me to arrive and also gave an estimate of time for what I needed installed. I had a good experience with them. For my 4th gen Tacoma. I messaged Ken for a quote. He was quick and prompt. Price was good. He said it would take 3 hours for UCAs, front and rear coilovers. Was going to buy some King Coilovers for my 2024 Tacoma. Bought some elsewhere online and they said production time and shipping time would be over 2 MONTHS! Cancelled the order, went through 88 Rotors and they were ready to be picked up same day! Pickup process was super easy and parts were as guaranteed! Forward to 2 weeks later, installed the King's and realized I needed an alignment. So I was meaning to get my alpharex headlights installed on my 23 Tacoma and had looked around and found 88 rotors in Baldwin park. I was quoted a decent rate a week before and the rate didn't changed when I showed up for my appointment. I showed up 30 min late and was still able to get in and was able to get everything done within an hour and a half. After reading plenty of reviews and saving my cash decided to get a roof rack here Westscott designs to be exact with a pair of Baja fog lights. After install I decided to drive to Yosemite for a week and with heavy rain and snow I started to get water inside my 4Runner the knobs uptop and carpet from the top also got wet. I called 88 rotors and was told that's WEIRD but just bring it in and we'll fix it. I did take it in after I came back from my trip it has not rained so I can't re test there work. This review is just based on Shipping and Customer Service…read more I will review the product later and am hopeful they are as good as previous reviews say. However, Shock Surplus "lost" my order for a week. Never received shipping so I called. I worked with Daisy. Now I can understand a warehouse missing something. And it sounded real nice, "Oh I'm so sorry, let me find that and overnight it to you for your inconvenience". Well that didn't happen either. It has now been 2 weeks since I ordered the product. I ordered it that far in advance so I would have them and be ready before the day I planned to work on the truck. Well now Fed Ex says they won't be here til tomorrow "sometime" and I had to make multiple phone calls just to talk to them to possibly change the delivery address to the shop so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. Well no go on that one too. Also my biggest complaint is that after every call I would hear, "I will call you right back" or "check your email, and I'll get right back to you" for roughly 3 days. Nothing ever got resolved and I did not ever receive a call back from them. Needless to say very disappointed in shipping and customer service. Hopefully the product makes up for the inconvenience.
