I have brought a few of my cars here over the years and the team at Impex Motorsports have performed nothing but great and honest work. I first stumbled upon Impex when I brought in my recently purchased Supra in for an alignment. As Harry was working on it, he had noticed the arms were slightly bent from a previous owner, and would result in being unable align to spec. He walked through the issues found with me and provided detailed paperwork to show to the original dealership which resulted in them repairing under warranty the next day. Diagnostic spot on. Not only that, he voided the cost of alignment due to damages by seller and did not charge for the diagnostic. Fast forward a few years later and that level of honest and detailed work has not missed a beat. Every time there is a potential underlying issue that can disrupt the job or come back to bite customers in the behind in the future, they will not hesitate to inform customers of it prior to doing work. My dad, brother, and I have taken our cars to Impex Motorsports for several years. They deliver as expected, have great communication skills, and are priced reasonably. I don't know much about cars, but I know I can trust Harry and Ken. I recently came in to replace my headlights from many years ago. I did a diagnosis a few days prior and received a call back once the parts were delivered. They upgraded my headlights at the same rate, if not better, than when I purchased them from 2022. They installed custom fog lights for my Scion a while back as well. When I had issues, they always honored any warranty and fit me into their schedule within the same day. If I'm doing a service at Toyota and ask for proof of the old car part on the work order, it's unlikely they'll save the removed piece. I've had them install some Megan EZ Streets with alignment for my '11 KIA Soul and recently had them make some adjustments on my Civic's Buddy Clubs with an alignment. I had an appointment set up on 12/6 first thing in the morning, so I arrived 10 minutes earlier to make sure everything is okay. With the five star reviews on yelp, I called Harry, the owner, about replacing and flushing my bmw. The price he gave was very competitive with other shops. I decided to use Impex Motirsports because they specialized in German cars. I just feel more comfortable having my BMW worked by mechanics who specialized German cars. They also sell niche rims and other performance parts. Most of the cars in this establishment are high performance and German cars.
