Aside from products, they also offer services like installation and alignment. Prices are pretty good. I came here on a few occasions, to pick up parts and to have my lowering springs installed. Service was good both times. Communication was good as the person who helped me replied promptly via email and answered all of the questions I had. Parts are reasonably priced. Needed a Radiator in a couple days, three at the latest. Called in and talked to someone there. I was told it's not in stock as I wanted to pick it up the same day. Asked about 2 or 3 day shipping and was told it's available though editing before submitting the online order. Did so and chose 2 day air for an additional $40+ dollars, mind you regular shipping is free. I ordered on a Monday end of the day, expected it latest on Thursday. After 2 days no tracking or order update. I called in and was told it was delayed shipping due to weather. I commented so what did I pay for 2 day air, said it's out of their control. Didn't even attempt to apologize or try and help with a UPS dispute since the shipper has to initiate it, just essentially a shoulder shrug. I recieved it about a week after ordering. I understand weather can play a role in shipping delays. Why not put a disclaimer saying getting express shipping is not guaranteed? No attempt to even file a claim. I might as well have just got regular shipping and saved some $. I'd recommend calling different online shops and talk to someone if needed sooner than later or Amazon. For that reason this place wouldn't be the first place I'd recommend. Purchased couple times but won't again even though somewhat local. read more

Ordered an AWE Touring exhaust from them for my '23 BRZ in late April. Initial estimate was early June for delivery. Then got pushed to mid June, then finally delivered early July. They let me drop off my car early during my lunch break, and picked it up later that afternoon. The car sounds amazing. Overall, experience was good, though I'm deducting one star. I would've liked a little more proactive communication in terms of status of my order rather than me having to contact them. Purchased and had Evasive install Tein Flex coilovers on an IS300 and set up an appointment with Jay for installation about a week later. I was pretty happy that they were able to accommodate an earlier than expected install date. I explained my intentions of the old Lexus as a daily driver so I wanted to lower it only slightly and eliminate rake and have softer damping. After driving it a few weeks, I think the car feels more comfortable and planted as a daily and the damping is pretty spot on for my use. Very easy transaction, finished in the promised time and the installation was a great value price-wise as my mechanic quoted me $100 more in labor. One bracket was left unattached but not a problem for me. This is my second car I've brought here for suspension work and they'll continue to earn my business. read more

This is regarding my experience on 12/09/22 I made an appointment for a corner balance and alignment at 9:30 a.m. I filled out the paperwork when I arrived and you performed your "inspection". You claimed that you don't "think" I need a corner balance and the height looks ok. You asked what I wanted done, I said an alignment, install rear end links, front under chassis brace, and my hub centric rings. You never contacted me through the phone number I provided on the paperwork, instead you called my work phone from previous online purchases through your website. I arrived at the end of day around 5 p.m. as I haven't heard back and you said we've been calling you. Why would you have me fill out paperwork if you aren't using the information provided to contact me? You kept scolding me when I arrived, "we've been trying to get ahold of you", "the bolts provided with your chassis brace weren't long enough I think they're for a different car" but you installed it anyway right? I said something along the lines of "we couldn't get the camber to -2?" He replies with "you have to let us know ahead of time you want a track alignment" well I made an appointment for a corner balance is that not track oriented? You clearly see my car is heavily modified from the coilovers to adjustable camber/toe. You said I don't need a corner balance then place the blame on the customer for not requesting a track alignment. Bad service and experience with the tall bald Asian guy. If I wanted a regular alignment I could've went to any other place but instead you blame me? Shame on you, treat your hard paying customers with respect. I don't feel that the $595 for the services provided was a fair price, $300 to install my end links, install 2 provided hub centric rings, and my front underchassis brace.. ouch.. over $200 for a standard alignment as well. read more

I see you have updated your website pages to read in red font valve stems and center caps are not included but when I purchased the wheels that was not displayed. I understand why they would not be included but like stated at the time of purchase it was not specified so that's why I assumed I'm getting what's in the picture. For the order changed from shipping to pick up I would think when I called in and had the order changed from shipped to pick up that your employee would tell me the hours for pick up, or at least let me know hey they keep the wheels in the warehouse so go based off those hours, especially when I mentioned I'd be driving a a good distance. That's when I changed it back to just having them shipped and all this could have been resolved on the first call when I asked to have them picked up. Everything is nicely packed and no damages. You also get to see all the nice cars in the parking lot as an added benefit. I've also had my wheels installed with an alignment done at their shop and that was also a breeze. I always took my car to Honda dealership for all my routine maintenance but thought I'd give this place a try after reading all the positive reviews on S2Ki.com and Yelp. I'm glad I did. Not only did I save at least $250 for my 60K service, I saved some time as well. Dealerships always overbook their appointments so you end up waiting like 3 to 4 hours for a 2 hour work. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and they went to work on my car as soon as I brought it in. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of their limited hours of operation. You may need to make an appointment almost a month in advance if you want to bring your car in on a Saturday as they are only open every other Saturday.
