Great service the man who worked there was very nice! The PC's were strong and I had no issues playing games with my friends who got to sit right next to me! The ramen was also great and pricing is pretty good. I also think the chairs were comfy. Overall great gaming cafe

great place to come with friends and play the night away. they've got some tasty ramen options and snacks. people working the front are always friendly - there was a day they were super busy and they were helpful with getting me and my friends computers near each other. on that note, this place can get busy especially weekend nights but if you're patient a comp usually opens up. but most importantly their set ups are fast and clean. each comp comes with a headset with a mic and there's a nice divider between the next set up overall great place!

This place is really clean and nice. I usually play league. Ping was low and mouse is also great. This place is good for chilling time when you guys need to spend time in LA.

Finally got to check out Lalaland at The Grove. This spot is known for long lines, so I went on a…read moreFriday around 6pm. From ordering to getting my drink took about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad. I ordered a large Matcha Squared Latte with less sweetness and oat milk (extra charge). I noticed they still added a couple pumps of syrup, but overall the drink wasn't too sweet and had a nice creamy top. The matcha itself was decent, but not as smooth as some of the top tier spots. I'm guessing it's because they prep things ahead instead of whisking each drink fresh. Overall it was good, but I wouldn't wait more than 20 minutes for it. If anything, I'd just order online next time to skip the line.

There are some yummy options here; however, I am deeply disappointed…read more When you place an order, expect to wait a while for both ordering and picking it up. I expected some wait time due to the long line and the number of people waiting for their orders, but I didn't anticipate waiting 50 minutes. This location at The Grove is pretty noisy, but that's to be expected given the busy setting. The staff seems intense, which I believe is due to being short-staffed. When placing my order, the area was quite dirty and disorganized. If you had a question, the staff would push you along and quickly shift their attention elsewhere instead of helping the customer. When picking up my order, it took even longer because the drink I was given was incorrect. It took at least 10 minutes to get someone's attention just to fix it. The workers avoid making eye contact--possibly because they don't want to be compelled to help and would rather someone else handle the issue.

You will not find better preowned prices on Amazon or other major book resellers, except Goodwill maybe. There are many structures (such as a metal vault) and beautiful designs made from uniquely binded books to relax around and explore. With two floors to adventure in, a cafe area, and even an few artists vendor areas, this is a good location for tourists and locals to get lost in!!

Even when I'm not looking to buy anything, it's still worth coming just to explore. The place is unlike anything else. It's also a perfect spot for anyone creating content for a social media travel page. Upstairs you'll find an art gallery and several other shops, while downstairs has old vinyl records and CDs. If you love that classic old bookstore smell, this place has it in full. Personally it's not my favorite, but definitely worth noting for those who do. The main downsides are parking and crowds. Finding a spot by car can be a challenge, and the store draws a good number of tourists so it can get pretty packed. If you're not a fan of crowds, just keep that in mind before you go.

Great local cafe with some of the hardest working staff in SoCal…read more I happened to be nearby and saw something online advertising their Salsa Night event. Apparently, half of LA got the same notice because by the time I arrived, it was PACKED! I grabbed one of the last stools in front of the coffee bar, and was later able to grab a corner table so I could order food. Definitely get here early if you want a table. The live band was fantastic! They played a lot of salsa classics, including some of my favorites. There was lots of dancing in the aisles and singing along. Such a great vibe. I also loved the decor, especially the collage on the main wall: A bright and beautiful homage to the City of Angels. The staff did their absolute best to deliver food and drinks, bus tables, and otherwise navigate the throngs of dancing patrons and I commend them for their agility. Onto the food and drink. There were so many delicious options to choose from and after an impossibly long time deliberating (and dancing), I decided on the salmon caesar salad. Fresh, flavorful and delicious. I enjoyed every bite. The strawberry lemonade was ok. Not worth what I paid for it. I expected something fresher and more flavorful... What I got was bland and watered down. I was planning to order dessert, but that salad was much more filling than I anticipated. Parking around here is kind of tight so plan ahead and consider taking a ride sharing service. I managed to snag one of the last parking spaces in the nearby residential area. Not sure I would have been so lucky if I had arrived a few minutes later. All told, this was a great place to spend a Saturday night. Will definitely check this place out again the next time I'm in LA.
