This place was absolutely disgusting. The service was okay. The food is usual pc cafe snacks. Everything in there screams old and dirty. The keyboards are caked full of dirt and dust and the floor looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in over a year. All the chairs and headsets are broken or dilapidated as well. I only played for 1 hour as I couldn't handle how unimaginably dirty the place was.. I wish I had taken pictures to show you because it was absolutely insane how filthy the place was. It's incredibly cheap to play but man it really doesn't take much to wipe the stations down from time to time and vacuum the floors. TLDR: Place is fucking filthy dont go instead go to the Vietnamese spot right under and get the Pho its pretty good. read more

First of all, awful customer service. Overall just rude, care-free, and unhelpful. They require you to sign up for an account (a login for their PCs) and charge $10 for a regular, $20 for VIP. It's $4/hr and $5/$6 for any higher pcs. Pros: *atmosphere alone is pretty nice, disregarding the obnoxious players *not super crowded *no bad odors as mentioned in other reviews (from my 1-day experience) Cons: *lack of customer management (there were a couple of individuals who were extremely obnoxious, had no respect for others) *lack of personal space, not a huge issue though *unsanitary bathroom, unable to flush toilet *the keyboard/mouse tends to feel greasy or just uncleaned *lack of newer games on Steam, would be inconvenient to have to ask to download something *connection wasn't very great, lag spikes were common I don't think I'll be coming back here willingly. read more

Went for the first time with my friends and we definitely DONT recommend this place. First, right after we paid we asked the lady what time it was and she said it was 3pm when it was already 3:13. We paid for 2 hours which should've ended at like at least 5pm... We didn't login until 3:15 and by 4:40, the computer automatically logged us out, saying that we ran out of time. When we complained to the front desk, she just said the system bugged out ("there was an error with the system" and that we needed to pay more?! When we clearly confirmed and paid for 2 hours and only got 1 hour and 30 minutes. Second, there was a lot of lag when we were playing league, when the animations got intense. My friend's game even crashed during another game. Third, the w key on the keyboard literally didn't work lol... Overall, super disappointed by the place, the staff was extremely unhelpful and friendly. Was expecting a lot more. Recommend the one in ktown. read more

Man what can I start about this one. So first of all its located on the second floor of a business building where you have to go through and walk up twenty stairs to get up to. Secondly me and my pal were inside waiting and the front person (some guy) sat there staring at us. When we asked if we could get three seats he stares at us confused so he speaks in Mandarin to my friend who is caucasion haha. So I spoke to him in my best chinese and he says you need a membership to play. Ok? So how much is a membership... well turns out he didn't know. Maybe I expected too much out of my first time going to a PC bang as someone who owns a PC back home, but I wanted to experience it with my girlfriend while we were traveling. That was a mistake. This place deserves less than 1 star if it was possible. - Mouse has problems making gameplay control difficult. - 8 year old PC hardware (4th gen Intel from 2013, 8GB single channel DDR3-1333) that takes very long to turn on. - Grimy, greasy peripherals and cheap 60 hertz monitor, unacceptable for esports. - PC logged out 10 minutes into the first match despite us paying for 2 hours. Would not allow us to log back in without rebooting for 3 minutes which obviously cost us the game. - Expressed our dissatisfaction with the PC rebooting. Were denied a partial refund for the rest of the time. They had the audacity to say "just use the rest of the balance next time" as if there will be a next time. Ridiculous. I called to inquire about the price per hour and what the specs were for the pcs and monitors there. The worker couldn't give me any information besides the price RANGE per hour! I asked what makes the price different per hour and the guy couldn't answer the question. Couldn't tell me what graphics card was used, couldn't tell me the monitor size or fps, couldn't tell me what games I could play. After I asked him what graphics card was installed, he ended the call by yelling at me "what game do you want to play?" I could hear him pushing buttons on the keyboard as he was playing a game. He couldn't even pause the game to have a decent conversation with a new customer wanting to give money to this establishment. I ended up going elsewhere to play. To play games is just okay. Rates were fine, the host speaks little english, and the setups were not clean. The lower end pcs have a bit of frame stutter but have not tried the higher end versions yet- struggled to play some Valorant on the lower rates, something to consider if you are wary of how much you want to spend. read more

Bad customer experience Took my step son with down syndrome and autism I paid the 15 dollar fee and lead us to the gamming pc. Also I had two 10 year old kids with me. . Once their they told us we needed a steam account and email address to play. I had to setup a steam and email account to get them online. That took 30 min. Once I got the two 10-year-old kids going I decide it was to much to setup two more account one for me and one for my step son with down syndrome. So I asked them just refund the 15 dollars for my step son since he is not going to play since he has no email or steam account and I was not going to spend another 20 min trying to get him online since I already spent 30 min getting two kids online. Well they refused to refund me the money for my step son with special need down syndrome and austism even though he never played one minute. Shame on you guys. read more

This Place isn't very new customer friendly, they understand very little English. Even trying to ask them basic questions they gave confusing answers, all the key boards were filthy there was dirt and hair in between the Keys! and They have these weird yellow fluorescent lights that are very awkward and distracting. Not ambient LED lights that 95% of normal gaming cafes have. The program that they use to manage there system is Absolutely terrible! You can tell it must be 10 years old! They have Logitech mouses but they don't even have G hub downloaded?? I had to Download it to change my DPI, which they have no idea what DPI is? They used are full personal names for our user name and our Birthday for our password, instead of just letting us set up custom names and password from the beginning. Extremely popular Free to play games like Genshin impact and Apex aren't even updated, after it took me and my GF like 20-30 minutes to finally set up our PCs to our liking, we were both met with hour long updates to the games that we came there to play. Which is when we left! Games that every other gaming cafe that I've been to, have available and ready to play. I tried to get them to work with me, but the language barrier, and the fact that it didn't seam like they cared to help us have a good experience as obvious first time customers. This place has a lot of potential, If they upgraded to a better system, because there's is very outdated. And cleaned and updated there interior, and hired at least 1 person that had a decent understanding of English, it could thrive as a gaming cafe.. but honestly they don't seam like they care about there business very much. Place was practically empty on a Saturday night, and now I know why! They need to go over to netfragz and take some notes! I am a Symmetra main -- the most looked down upon player type in all of Overwatch, while my little brother boasts master Genji gameplays all of 626 can be envious about. To test whether we were a match, I drove out to Espot Gaming Lab. The e-cafe's tucked away in the upper floor of a shopping center. It's kind of an awesome find. Inside, it's dark with only the illuminations of screens and lit keyboards to guide you. The staff is pretty chill and they have promotions that'll help you save some cash. We took advantage of the Yelp review one (as you can see lol). They offer snacks and drinks if you're looking to replenish your finger energy so you can happily mash the living daylights out of WASD. Terrible experience It's located on the second floor, you need to use the entrance next to lollicup, then take the stairs to your right. Upon entering the place is completely dark, with some league decor. My friends and I went to the empty front desk, we looked around and saw someone standing behind some players observing them. I wanted to assume that he was the worker on duty but I didn't want to wave him down just in case he wasn't. We did make eye contact and he did see us waiting by the front desk, after waiting 5 minutes I just called the number listed on yelp, shortly after that he came to the front desk, didn't even welcome us, apologize for making us wait. He just said "what do you need..." obliviously we were there to play. I asked how much it was for an hour and whether we needed to pay before hand or after. It's $3/hr with a $20 for 10 hr package, then he said if we wrote a 5* review we can have an hour free... seriously?!? Terrible service then he had the nerves to ask that before we even had a chance to play. Absolutely ridiculous I paid for the $20 for 10hrs and stayed for about 3 hours. The computers set is standard gaming set, from the mouse to the monitor. The chairs were pretty uncomfortable after sitting for 3 hours we had to leave since all of our backs started to hurt. They don't have any rules either there were about 5-10 other computers being used and every single person was screaming! It was so irritating. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I would rather stay with dream lab or e games. read more

The atmosphere is awesome and they offer high quality equipment which is perfect for high end gaming. The staff was very helpful and kind during the account registration and even went the extra length to help my cousin get setup with steam so he could play counter strike.
