It's $2 for a card to load the Groupon arcade credits, and the points per card by dollar value are intentionally difficult to calculate. Some machines cost 15.6, some cost 8.8, etc. The claws do have the double tap function, but they are rigged so the claws loosen at top and payout is meh, even when the employees reset the machine if asked. The cutting machine is also quite rigged and rarely stops after letting go of the button. Overall, I prefer claw machine places (like claw daddy, infinity claws) with more enthusiastic and helpful employees (versus those sitting back at the counter chatting with their non-working friends) and a less rigged system. I won't be back again.

The store had set an early check-in cutoff that was only announced on their private Discord server, with no notification on the Bandai app where players actually registered. As a result, waitlisted players were let in ahead of those of us with confirmed spots, and we were then told to join a waitlist of 40+ people, despite having already secured our registrations. Several other registered players I knew experienced the same problem. Many of them had driven over 45 minutes with the assumption of a secured spot while arriving before the start time. This is a serious problem. If an event is open to the public and registration is handled through the Bandai app, critical information like check-in deadlines should be communicated through that same platform, not buried in a Discord that not all participants know about or have access to. The way this was handled strongly favors locals and regulars who are already in their circle, which is unfair to outside players who followed the proper registration process. I would not recommend supporting this shop.

After two minutes, all of a sudden these three kids run in and start going into the lights and grabbing them, she stares and doesn't say a thing to them. These kids are super rowdy so I say something, and then she says oh, yeah don't do that. Pretty useless in my opinion. Most of this stuff is geared towards kids, but my bar was already super low. Do not spend your money here. Go somewhere else.

This place is hard to find. It's located in the same plaza as Bank of America, but it's upstairs so it's a bit difficult to see their sign. When I entered the place was completely dark and had a few decorations up that were mostly league themes. No one was behind the counter I stood at the front for a few minutes saying hello, but no one came to help. I did see a few people just walking around but I couldn't tell if any of them worked there. So I continued to stand in the front just waiting....after 5 minutes the worker finally came in to help and asked what I needed........obliviously i was new and needed help so I could play. He asked for my ID and before even asking me what game I was interested in or how many hours I wanted to play, he offered me 1 free hour for a yelp review. I would have been more than happy to give them a good review if my experience was better. It was so difficult playing with so many obnoxious kids screaming the whole time. My friends introduced me the gaming lab in 2017. We went there quite often at night when we had no other fun place to go. The place is really nice, as well as the gaming atmosphere. All the PlayStations are well equipped. Most of PC games can be played smoothly under the computer's hardware built. Gamers who go there are really chill as well. Sometimes me and my friends team up with the other gamers to play PUBG. It is an awesome experience! I have been to different PC gaming lab in L.A. This location is listed as my favorite. Right, forgot to mention! They have a small snack bar up front that sells unique snacks and simple foods imported from Asia. Yummy taste I'd say. Here are some points I think the lab needs to improve: 1. Software, occasionally PC runs to error 2. There are some customers forgot to bring trash away. Naybe post a sign somewhere will be helpful? I was invited here by my 18 year old son. I am always eager to spend time with him, and , play games on occasion for my own personal pleasure. This was the first time that I've actually been to an Internet cafe intending to , myself, sit down and take part. The experience greatly exceeded my expectations. The facility is clean, very well set up and supplied, and very comfortable for me as a parent to support my only child in frequenting. Phillip and Nick, the owners, are two very incredible young men. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Even with my being a less than functional gamer. I strongly recommend any and all to come check their place out for a fun and positive experience. First thoughts YES! gaming spot so close to home! I was so excited to come, but it was a huge let down. I don't think there was a single good thing about this place, well maybe one the fact that its a gaming spot. The staff is unwelcoming, rude, and DGAF! Environment would be worse, its filled with people raging all the time, constantly screaming and cursing. It was hard to focus on your own match. The computers may look fancy and great with the light up keyboards, gaming chairs, etc. but within 3 hours of being there the WHOLE place lagged for a good 5 seconds, not once but twice! If you don't play that might not sound like a big deal, but every second counts! That costed me my promos! There was no apology or anything for the inconvenience. read more

Awesome place. It's dark and ambient which is nice, the employees are young early 20's dudes that are either playing games, or spectating others playing (basically my dream job). If you don't speak Chinese you might feel a little alienated at first especially since a lot of the computers are set to Chinese but its not a big deal plus if you're a decent player you'll make friends really fast. All in all its fun and you can make some friends real quick. It's especially fun when you have a whole row of people playing the same game like league going against another row of people. This place is amazing! It looks like one of the gaming lounges from Korea and the staff is really friendly and interacts with the people that play video games. The place is really clean and the atmosphere is for competitive gaming since they host tournaments for highly played video games! I love their PC setups very much but it doesn't stop there, they seem to have other systems here as well if you're not a PC player. We came here before valet parking was needed and found a spot easily in the lot. The pricing was very decent and we enjoyed the fact you can walk-in and purchase as a non-member without needing a membership (which is just a one-time pay of $20 as well, which isn't too bad). To play for one hour.. prices are: MEMBER * $4 (remaining time saved) NON-MEMBER * $6 We paid easily and the front desk guy guided us to our spots. Specifically, we wanted to play Fortnite, but with that game, it requires constant updates over time due to the new updates/seasons/etc. Both our PCs weren't updated on the latest of it, which makes sense because there was literally just a recent one the day before. The updates were ringing us up for 4 hours, which obviously would take up more time than what we booked. We told the guy and he saw, and immediately offered on refunding for us and shut off our PCs. He was very nice and friendly enough about the whole thing. I definitely recommend to come here to play other games (very large library of them!) that don't need constant updates like Fortnite. Other than that mishap, it was a cool experience honestly and the seats were comfy and headphones/keyboards were cool. The LED strips inside gave ambiance and comfortable vibes for sure. Rules are standard of not yelling, bringing outside food, and no damaging property or adult stuff. **Please try to log off before the staff shuts down the PC. I remember when I used the PC someone else was still signed in for example to Epic. That could be very risky and the wrong person can take advantage. We were both unable to both log out due to how quick the PC gets shut off and to deal with it, I recommend either changing passwords or using the "sign out of all devices" option on settings immediately after so you'll be fine.

I was a paying customer at the plaza, just trying to find out who blocked my car so I could leave. There was absolutely no reason for his outburst. This guy seriously needs to learn basic customer service skills and simple human interaction skills - or probably even take some anger management classes. Someone like this should not be interacting with customers. After this ridiculous experience, I have zero interest in ever stepping foot in this place. Avoid it unless you enjoy being yelled at for no reason!

It's awesome that this place also has a bunch of games and specific game rooms if you wanted privacy. My friends and I come here to play games, color, or just hang out! We made appointments online to reserve two spots for tufting. Upon coming in for our appointments we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to set up. Upon setting up, they have to do a little class session to teach you how to use the tufting gun. After that it was smooth sailing. My friend and I choose the mini frame tufting at $75 a piece. We chose our picture and sketched it onto our canvas and was able to start tufting. The staff is there to help answer your questions and to give you tips. After you're done they help glue the backing of your rug but I didn't see them seal the back of it with any product other than a fabric to keep everything together. With that being said, if you're making a big rug idk how safe it'll be if you were to wash/vacuum it. Just putting that out there. Other then that, it was a fun and therapeutic experience. We spent about three hours on our pieces. If you make reservations make sure to plan accordingly as it is a longer activity especially if you like to take your time.

The owner Frank and his help are very accomodating! Always there to help when needed even when you don't ask. There are 2 VR rooms, plenty of other games to do (I am not good on those so I can't explain what they are called). I asked if events can be held and YES- they do that too! This place is plain for hanging out and games, no food or vending machines available. one gender neutral restroom , parking might be a little difficult if busy but we didn't because street is open- free - $40 - 1 hour; $28 - 30 mins; 1 hour was enough for my son to play with the VR - he did 3 games (boxing, gorilla tag, zombies, work simulator) Although the place is air conditioned he was sweating afterwards! good exercise.
