So this is an awesome gaming place where you can either rent a station (computer, Xbox or PlayStation) by the hour, or you can rent half or the full place for a gaming party. From the moment we found this place as a possible birthday venue our son was super excited! And once we met with Fadi and saw the place we knew this was it. We rented the entire place for a few hours on a Saturday. And boy did we all have fun! Fadi and his team are super friendly and accommodating. The place is super clean, has all of the latest consoles and games that one could ask for. Our party was for our ten year old but I could definitely see older kids birthdays or other types of video gaming events taking place here. The gamers can play against each other at the same time even if they're on different stations or play different games if they'd like. Overall, it was worth every penny and we'd be happy to take our kids there just to play for an hour or two whenever they ask. Ty guys!

We love this place, and e come here every month for the soldiers of faith experience and we are so grateful for this space for hosting it.

I come here after work to play literally any game I want. There's a huge selection of snacks and drinks, affordable pricing on play time, and a super sick environment with all the LED lighting surrounding the place. Not to mention it's open until midnight! Definitely gonna have my little cousins birthday here.

Definitely the best gaming lounge I've been to so far! The PCs and consoles were definitely top of the line, clean and well-maintained. They also have a really great interface that the staff can control from the front. It was $10/hr or $50/all day which I definitely plan to try next time! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They also have a bathroom inside and it's also got a bidet inside lol (That definitely won over my Asian heart lmao). You have to create an account where you can top up your time, which I LOVE because that's how many computer lounges work in Asia. It makes it easier to leave and come back anytime since you can just log out and the rest of your time stays in your account. What's cool is that they also have accounts for different platforms which makes it easy especially if you don't have your own personal account to use. They also got some drinks and snacks which is always nice! Hoping for noodles someday lol. Nonetheless, I am so excited to come back! Can't say enough good things about this place.

I guess one of the down sides is I just trust this place too much with their cards out on display no signs of LP, MP, or HP. Picked out a bunch of single cards & I noticed after the purchase, as I'm putting the cards in the top loaders, that one card was severely damaged in the back and top corner bent like a mf. 30 dollar card nothing crazy. I just simply asked if I can just get another 30 dollar card. Nope I couldn't do that. Keep in mind I haven't even left the store yet. The only thing they can do is give me 22 dollars cash. Like 8 dollars is not a big deal but it's the principle.. on top of that I went there on my lunch break had 1 hour, spent my entire hour there. First person to walk in and everyone that came in after me got the help they needed first after asking nicely if I can get some cards, I was the last one out. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and I'm writing this hoping others don't receive the same treatment. Probably won't come back Paper Hero Games on Burbank, friendly staff. GREAT prices.

Years since I've last played any kind of videos games. Plus I'm not a gamer so if the cleaning didn't happen, I'm sure it'll still have been put away. Instead of just trashing, they were still in great condition. We found this place, called them to see if they would buy old consoles which they do. It's in a little strip mall with a couple parking spot. Walked in and the first thing you see are video games and more videos games. Literally any kind of consoles and the massive selection of games on deck was insane. Like I said, I'm not a gamer but if you are, I'm sure you'll have loads of fun. There was two section, first was the video games areas. Glass counter filled with games of all sort. Old school Nintendo , Gameboy, and whatever consoles else there were. Loads and loads of video games. The other section seemed to have loads of games as well but also served the collection of cards. Instead of your baseball cards, there were Pokémon and more. Also a few arcade games which I don't know if it was for purchase of use. Everyone working was very sweet and friendly. They checked to see if the consoles still worked which they did. Also we had some games which they took as well. I didn't expect much of it as they were old school but we did get some cash out of it. If it wasn't a go with them, we would have just tossed or donated them. But glad to find out that this places does buy old video games consoles and it's a massive collection of items. Plus lots of anime stuff.

We went to geeksquad first, which apparently no longer sends out consoles to Sony for repair. And then we went to GameStop, where we were told that they do not do repairs either. But the workers at GameStop highly recommended Videomen. That is how we came to know about this location. I came to Videomen with my husband after calling and explaining the issue that we were having with my husbands ps5 slim. My husbands first impression was very pessimistic, simply because the location looks like it hasn't been updated in years. We went in and met Tai. Tai is the only one working in the store. I believe it is his location. He explained he would try his best to fix the issue, and quoted us a price for the repair. He said if he wasn't able to fix the console, he would only charge $25 for his time, which we found very reasonable. Tai told us to give him a call in hour for a report on his progress. We left and my husband was still very doubtful, saying the store was empty, and outdated. I told my husband that it looked like Tai and the Videomen location had been there for more than 20 years, working to repair electronics. I told him, I put my faith in him much more than a kid working part time in a newer store. After an hour we called again at 5:00pm, well past the store closing time. But Tai answered the phone to let us know that he was still working to solve the issue and would need more time. We understood and agreed to give him another call back in an hour. Tai ended up giving us a call around 6:00pm letting us know the console was up and running perfectly again! He asked if we wanted to pick up tonight or tomorrow. I let Tai know we were about 25 minutes according to GPS and he agreed to wait for us to pick the console up from his store. When we arrived Tai was very communicative. He connected the ps5 for a monitor to show us that the console was up and running smoothly before he explained all he had done to repair the console, and the likely reason it failed to work in the first place. He told us he let the console run for about 45 minutes to make sure the issue didn't arise again. And literally explained everything we needed to know to prevent the issue from ever happening again. Now, My husband is in a much better mood since we have received the working PS5 back from Tai. And we 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone in need of an electronic repair. I definitely recommend calling beforehand to speak to Tai, verifying that he will be in the store. And to communicate the item you need repaired plus the issues you are having with it. It's very rare to see a mom and pop shop still standing, and I am happy I was able to support this gem in my community. We will definitely return for any future repairs our family may need, And will proudly refer Tai at Videomen to anyone looking to repair their gaming console.

First mistake was when he told me that he doesn't give receipts and that he has my name number. He later called and told me me he couldn't get any disc to read after cleaning it (I had just been playing kingdom hearts 2 literally an hour before going to his run down pos shop). He explained I should just get a new ps2 from Amazon and that the laser is completely broken. I tried to play when I came back home just for the ps2 not to work and read any of my games from my library. Dude charged me money just to break my console that I had since 2003. What a joke of a business and terrible customer service. Who gets bothered when a customer ask for a receipt of service. I can see why dude is a quack.

I came back because the consoles they sold me didn't work -- simple as that. I traded in a pristine Series S and paid extra for a Series X, only to receive a unit with a damaged USB port. They were able to exchange it for another but that one had a loose hdmi port. When I returned, Bobby did try to help, by tightening the HDMI port and giving me $15 in store credit but it doesn't fix the fact that I paid for a console that wasn't in proper condition. What makes this even worse is that I've been a loyal customer for years, even appearing in videos on their page. I've supported the store, recommended it, and spent plenty of money there. So being treated like I'm causing problems instead of being helped properly is extremely disappointing. I appreciate Bobby's effort, but I still don't feel satisfied as a customer. I expected honesty, respect, and real solutions -- not attitude and band‑aids. I won't be returning, and I hope others double‑check their purchases before leaving the store.

I'm a private Pokémon card collector that has never ventured into the world of buy/sell/trade, so I decided I'd call a few shops in the area to see what they'd recommend, and this is exactly how this conversation went. Guy answers phone, i asked him if he had a minute to answer a couple questions i had. "i mean i have a few people I'm helping right now but yeah sure" I proceed to explain that i was looking for guidance or advice on how to offload my extensive Pokémon card collection as I'm moving out of the area, and i was wondering if they had a buyer or something of the sort that would sit down with me and run through it to see what they're willing to buy, etc. He responds, "oookay. Are you planning on paying someone for that?" Confused, i asked what he meant? "Basically what I'm getting at is no, we don't do that. I have a guy here that's really knowledgeable about that kinda stuff but i wouldn't wanna waste his time" I thanked him for his "candid" (read: completely rude) response and that i would look elsewhere.
