Liquor stores supermarkets none of them did it. My buddy Norm found Homebrew here in Las Vegas and the owner. Steve answered the phone. I found him very knowledgeable about kegerators. He had he had the CO2 tanks and I went to his place. He has supplies for making homemade wine and homemade beer and parts for kegerator. Steve was very knowledgeable about what I had and what I needed. When I got home, I put everything together and found out this kegerator had other problems. Steve answered the phone. He walked me through a bunch of fixes, but it turned out that I need some new parts went back over. It was really helpful on everything but he was missing one or two parts that he had to order. And it will be up and running next week. You can tell Steve has a passion about what he does very helpful great guy and I will definitely be doing more business with him and absolutely recommend him to anybody who's doing these things

We originally reserved indoor seating and were first seated in an area where the TVs were a little more scattered. We asked one of the team members if there was any chance we could move somewhere with more TVs grouped together. They immediately told us to give them a moment to see what they could do, and within a minute they brought us over to another indoor viewing section closer to the bar. It was perfect! We really appreciated how accommodating the team was, especially knowing how busy it was going to get for football. The food and drinks were great too! I ordered the pork nachos without pico, and they came out exactly as requested. I also had a Bloody Mary and asked for it a little spicy--it had the perfect amount of heat. My second drink was the Touchdown Smash with watermelon, which was delicious! Our server was wonderful as well. The place was very busy, but she continued to check in on us whenever she passed our high-top and made sure we were taken care of. I unfortunately didn't catch her name, I think it was Chelsey but she had blonde hair and was wearing a #52 49ers Patrick Willis jersey. It's located at the Paris hotel right next to the Eiffel Tower and has a view of the Bellagio. If you sit on the edge of the restaurant, you have a full view of the fountains at Bellagio show every 15 minutes. We went at night, so it was a perfectly clear view of the show and the lights. What was even more impressive than the view was the phenomenal service from Chef Carol's team. The staff was super attentive, anticipated our needs, had great recommendations on food based on our party size, and honestly provided better service than a $$$ French restaurant (attached to a Michelin star chef's name) that we went to also on the strip this trip. We ordered so much food and we were honestly stuffed and couldn't move for probably an hour. Nachos, pastrami sandwich with tots , brisket grilled cheese with sweet potato fries, loaded fries and cheesecake. Put a fork in me! They also had a wide range of drinks from not only beer but also hard liquor for cocktails and shots Beer Park was the perfect spot for us to catch up and we really enjoyed the music.

The concept here is genius: they've got a fridge stocked with meats and cheeses right next to crackers, so you can literally build your own charcuterie board on the spot. There's usually a food truck parked outside too. You can also buy a bottle of wine, a case of beer, or a pack of seltzers, and they'll hold onto it for you and pour as you go. It's such a cozy, easygoing spot that we constantly lose track of time there, quite literally hours just disappear. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable every single time. It's become one of our favorite local spots, and it's always fun bringing new people who have no idea what they're walking into. Highly recommend! Such a great not so hidden gem.

The aisles are organized well and even though the building is a bit older, it's clean and easy to navigate. Same goes for Skyy Vodka, Patron, Fiji Water, and a bevy of other beverages, seeing as SWS has 15,000 SKUs in their system. They distribute 75% of the beverages here in Nevada. Insanity. I went here for a tour this morning (6/1/11) on a hospitality purchasing field trip. I'm not sure the general public can get a tour, but regardless, the tour was great. It was mind-blowing to see the sheer volume of alcohol on hand in this place. Imagine how many Coronas, say, a casino might go through in a day - a lot right? Now multiply that by all the casinos. That's even more! Now add up all the grocery, warehouse and convenience stores that sell them... and then multiply that by 35-45 days. Yeah, SWS keeps between 35-45 days worth Nevada's consumption of Corona, in their warehouse. It's the craziest thing I've seen - the total number of Corona pallets are easily double the size of an average family home here in Vegas. They say everything is bigger in Texas, no. Everything in Vegas is bigger. Imagine 3 or 4 Costcos, turned into liquor refrigerators; that's what SWS is like. One "Costco" is at 58*F (+$10/bottle) and the other "Costco" is at 68*F (Less than $10 /bottle) I can't imagine their electric bills. As we (our class) ate flaxseed waffles, fruit salad and banana bread, made by the head chef at SWS (yum!) we listened to really friendly people from SWS tell us some cray-cray stories about the kinda stuff they go through to get high rollers some rare wines at the drop of a hat, the legal red tape (that most of us didn't know existed) of buying, selling and distributing alcohol in the US and how to secure and manage a place that's so imperative to the success of Las Vegas. If you have the chance to go here and listen to a presentation and go on a tour, DO IT! It was an eye-opening and interesting way to spend a few hours this morning.

The cocktails were pretty good though. I would suggest that during slideshows, it would be helpful to have videos play in full screen instead of within the template frame. I will say last year our instructor came off as racist. Some of us asked questions and were eager to learn. However I felt deliberately ignored and saw judgement in his eyes. The thing about him though, he was actually totally engaging. We were all very entertained and it helped us retain the information. Shoutout to Steve who was very kind and informative. Would take classes here again. I bet it's awesome to work here!
