We explored quite a bit of Cody and many restaurants were not open on a Sunday evening. I understand there is a labor issue. We found this hotel restaurant close by. There was plenty of parking in the lot. We called ahead to ask about a reservation. We were told they did not take reservations, but they did not tell us we did not need one. We did not need one. We were seated promptly against a tall partition. A friendly young server immediately brought dinner rolls, I tried to eat mine, but it was literally too tough to cut open to butter! I'm not sure what causes that. Maybe steaming old rolls? The service was excellent. The wifi did not work. The tables and floor were clean.

A local recommended this for breakfast. It is attached to the Best Western hotel. It was nice and clean; well decorated. Plenty of friendly staff. The omelette was pretty bland, so were the shredded hash browns. The rye toast was good. Service was good too.

Our waitress was brand new... Her first day on the job and she did a great ..... except telling us her name... The Restaurant is attached to the hotel so very convenient... food was good...nice variety.. a full bar and plenty of parking...

Normally, any restaurant attached to a motel is a turn off to me. Fortunately, my local friend dragged me here. Good call. Great food, fully staffed and professional service, and a nice quiet atmosphere. Give it a try. It was really refreshing to see the wait staff operate as a team. So rare to see nowadays.

The place buzzes with lots of great energy the moment you pull up to it! And the staff are super friendly and helpful! We got tickets for dinner and show. The dinner is a Chuck wagon style all you can buffet brisket, chicken, and lots of sides! Brisket and chicken were TENDER and moist! SO GOOD! Mac & cheese was my favorite side dish. There was also salad, beans, and cornbread. Lemonade and iced tea was included (I made myself an Arnie Palmer). Free refills! And there were brownies and ice cream for dessert! Food was served hot and fast! I can't say enough how friendly the staff were! The show featured the Triple C band!!! And THEY WERE AMAZING! I enjoy country music but I'm not a die-heart fan and even I enjoyed every song they played! And they were hilarious and really gave the audience a great show!! After each member was introduced they would play a song that highlighted that band member's talent and boy - THEY WERE INCREDIBLY TALENTED! they had us on our feet dancing and rocking! It was super fun! And they were also on time! I came on my first night in town so I was tired... they started on time and they finished on time! So I felt like they really respected my time and my energy! Will definitely recommend to others!

We were amazed at how clean the city was and how welcoming the businesses were. Until we stopped at this unwelcoming bar. We had dinner at really nice dinner Granny's Rrstaurant and stopped for a drink after at the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill. While sitting at the bar, we observed a woman grab a plastic cup off a stack. Another cup stuck to the 1st cup. The woman removed the 2nd cup by sticking her hand in the cup and then putting the cup back on the stack. We told her she should keep that cup instead. She said it was no big deal and none of our business. She then walked behind us and was bad mouthing us. We felt very threatened. I took the dirty cup and handed it to a bartender and asked him to put it in the garbage. The woman then went behind the bar and dramatically threw the cup in the garbage while continuing to slur words at us. We were astounded at this display of aggression. The bartender then said "You must not be from around here and you should mind your own business!" SHE'S THE OWNER AND CAN DO ANYTHING SHE WANTS TO. We were then kicked out of the bar even though we had just ordered and paid for our drinks. There are so many other nice bars in Cody you can skip this one.

A thick beef patty was covered with onions, mushrooms, bacon, and melted American cheese. It also come with lettuce, tomato and thousand island dressing. The patty was huge and nicely seasoned with salt and pepper. The onions, mushrooms, bacon and cheese all melded deliciously together. The bun was sturdy and had been nicely toasted. The thousand island dressing added another layer of richness to this burger. Wow! A messy, but awesome burger! The fries were good, a nice side and had some good seasoning in the breading. We finally had to flag someone down to take our order. By that point, our son was starving, so we decided to order just one meal to see if the service would improve. He ordered the "Lobstah Roll" with a side of butter. What arrived was more like a cold seafood salad on a roll, along with a side of cold butter. Had he known that's what it was, he definitely wouldn't have ordered it. We weren't expecting an authentic Maine lobster roll, but if you're going to spell it "Lobstah," there are certain expectations--and this wasn't close. At some point, our original server seemed to realize she had forgotten about us, but the service never recovered. No one checked on us, offered refills, or asked if we wanted anything else. When we were ready to leave, we literally had to hold our credit card up to get someone's attention so we could pay and get out of there. Ironically, the moment we left, two employees immediately appeared to clear the table. The funny thing is that we saw other tables receiving great service throughout our visit. Maybe we were just unlucky, but based on our experience, I'd avoid sitting where we sat. Good luck to the next guests assigned that table.

With a name like "OUR PLACE" I was hoping for a warm and friendly place with a good home cooked meal. Big mistake, not here!!!! Walked inside and was ignored for a few minutes. Should have just left. Restaurant has 1 server, 1 "helper," and one person cleaning tables. The "helper" was standing behind a host table and wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. She was playing with a tall leaning stack or toast. The server finally came by, asked me to wait a minute, and then seated me. I ordered and 30 minutes later the food came. I ordered the bunkhouse which was just biscuits and gravy and a side of bacon. Biscuits were terrible (didn't look or taste like a biscuit) and was BURNT AT THE EDGES! Bacon was in a greasy ball and underneath it was a long strand of hair (not mine). I also ordered a special advertised on their chalkboard - a cinnamon roll.
