Email after email sent asking to provide all paperwork needed only to get a runaround and stalled. On the 15th of Sept..Bryan stated, "I will have my office look into this by weeks end. The State moves very slowly but I will check to see if all your paperwork was submitted and that its being processed then we can go from there" On the 16th...." just checked your file again and there is a note on the jacket that your rebates have been filled out and submitted to the State sometime in late June." On the 17th..."Bryan...Please send me a copy of the rebate(s) application that your company filled out on my behalf sometime in late June and submitted to the State, and a copy of the application that was made to the Borough for the permits. Please scan same today and forward the documents to me via e-mail." After talking with him on the phone today, he wants to come over to check the model and serial numbers on installed items to put on paperwork for rebate(which he states in a email was submitted in late June). He blames Tom his salesman, and everyone else for not doing their jobs and "he doesn't have a crystal ball" to see that everyone working for him has done their job correctly and on time, which, as the owner, is exactly his job. Next time...I will deal with Edison Heating and Cooling, they may cost a little more, but at least I won't have to deal with this incompetence. Shop elsewhere....

I had cold drafts and other weather related elements coming into my home. Ed and sons reframed and installed a newer high end door. Prior to the installation I literally could see outside with all the gaps in the door. I am now saving on my energy bills. I have had other projects that were equally outstanding. I plan on doing a floor project in my upstair bedrooms and will be using them for this. I do recommend Ed for his great skills and understanding of the work he does.

Repair Broke Sewer Line For 5 to 6 times ABAT had to clear…read moreout my sewer line which kept getting blocked and backing into my bath. Always did a great job. Finally Frank ran a camera down the line and saw the bottom of the iron had rusted out and jagged edges of the pipe were trapping toilet paper. He needed to jackhammer my floors and concrete pad to replace the broken section of pipe. We scheduled the repair to begin upon my leaving for vacation. I was told my home would look just the way I left it. When I got home it looked like it was ransacked. My property was thrown around randomly, dust was on everything and everywhere I touched. My clothing in the closet and bedding were full of heavy dust and damaged. My bathroom was so filthy and covered with chunks from jackhammering it took me 2 hours to clean the sink and shower to use them. I even found my plunger and toilet brush in my kitchen sink. My home was rendered uninhabitable. This after Frank's promise. The damage is so extensive Servepro is coming to clean and organize the total disorganization of my home. Parts were $15 and he took 5 minutes to make a hole in the wall. Do they charge $800 labor? for 5 minutes work. The service and work were horrible. They made and left a tremendous mess around the entirety of the property. As I showed up to my home during the job, an obviously untrained employee was DIRECTLY (from about 6" away)pressure washing the polymeric sand from in between my pavers that were laid just 48 hours prior. When I confronted him and explained the gravity of his mistake, he apologized but the damage was done. It wasn't a little over spray. It wasn't a rinse of the surface. It was direct pressure from the nozzle!!! I witnessed it with my own eyes and confronted the employee IMMEDIATELY! I witnessed it. McMahons said it never happened the way I described it (essentially calling me a liar). My contract was for the FOUNDATION ONLY!!!! Not any sidewalks, or pavers, or driveways or any other surfaces whatsoever. The mention of the parameters of the contract only generated more excuses and blame on me, the client. On top of that, the initial pressure wash of the foundation (the job they were actually hired for) was done so poorly and incomplete that they had to come back a second time to remove flaking paint and mildew that they missed (only after I was going to stop payment on the check). I called and asked them to consider refunding me or to not deposit the check following the incompetence with the pavers. I even offered to split the difference and cover the employees hourly in some form of meeting in the middle. I received an email this morning rife with every excuse as to why it was my fault and not theirs. Their assessment of the situation was more or less too bad on you with a few side notes reminding me that I WAS THE ONE AT FAULT. They attempted to explain that the worker was simply trying to clean up the mess from the foundation. I would have accepted that but for the fact that the rest of the job site was in paint chip shambles. It was EVERYWHERE!!! The ham handed attempt to cover their tracks failed miserably . And they drove away and left that mess. The heavy rains that night only made it worse. Unbelievably, there was no negotiation or meeting in the middle. They took the money and ran. I spent all of the next day correcting their blatant and obvious(and outside the scope of the contract) screw up which cost me additional time and another 85 bucks for the bag of polymeric sand. The gall of this company to essentially give me the middle finger after my attempts to handle this amicably was the icing on the cake. For them to shift blame rather than accept even one ounce of responsibility was appalling. The owner never stopped by, or called, or apologized or anything of the sort. It's nothing short of cowardly of ANY owner to foist disgruntled clientele on to the poor office manager. Handle your own bad business pal!!! Come to the job site and listen to the customer!! Maybe train the employees just a little. I'll post pictures of the mess if McMahons would like me to(but it won't help what's left of their reputation in my book) Terrible. Never again!(and will make sure nobody I come in contact with makes the same mistake as I did by hiring such incompetence). My request for a full refund stands!!! Or how about paying a visit to the job site that your boys screwed up and maybe build some customer relations and see the result of your companies poor work(and poor is being generous). I'm guessing that will never happen as you already took and deposited my money. This was about as bad as it gets as far a job performance, customer service, and satisfaction. I'll be home all week fixing your company screw up and also to discuss just how dissatisfied we are as customers if you'd like to stop by. Please bring my refund when you come by. In the meantime, your reputation is firmly (and along with other stuff) at the bottom of my toilet. You still have a chance to do the right thing. Headed straight to the BBB with pictures and evidence of my experience. Your indifference to the matter and unwillingness to accept the obvious has gotten us here.
