I'm giving them a solid 4.2 rating as a Korean BBQ/Hot Pot establishment -- with the weakest link being the Hot Pot. As a hot pot snob, I had a hard time giving them a 5 star rating. If this was just a KBBQ spot, they would be 5 stars easy -- but the sin of doing too much and not perfecting the hot pot is where I'm deducting some points. This place does such a good job with the KBBQ that it pains me not to give them a 5 star. I ordered brisket, beef Toro, and the rib fingers. Everything tasted amazing and they had all the lettuce wrap and side veggies that you would need. Only thing missing is the ssam Jang Aka Spicy bean paste dip. I really enjoyed my dinner and the pricing is so reasonable for what you get. I flew in from California and began craving Korean food the minute I landed. Fresh out of the airport, this is the first Korean restaurant that caught my attention. I was blown away by the quality of their beef and I'm certain it will happen to you as well. Then, I slowly paused and began to look around and realized that I was in Memphis and was even more amazed. Dear Memphis, It's obvious that you love your food. I've only been here 2 hours and I am so satisfied. I can't wait to try everything else that you have to offer. Especially all things BBQ.

One restaurant two ways to cook: hot pot which like like individual Chinese fondue or kbbq where you cook on a grill. The rules: 1.The entire table must choose the same style, hot pot, kbbq or both (for an extra charge). 2. There is also an extra charge if you waste too much food. 3. 2 hr time limit Customers pick the proteins and veggies from the menu with a waitress or through a QR code at the table. The food is brought out by robots and humans. There is a sauce and dessert bar. We checked into the line and waited maybe five minutes for a table on a Sunday evening. We liked the variety of meats at dinner. We were super hungry and appreciated how fast everything came out. Service was polite. The only tiny improvement we can see is that the quality of the steaks weren't that amazing, otherwise the entire experience was perfect.

For my first time trying a hot pot it was amazing. Great vibe, service was immaculate and establishment was clean. Loved that it wasn't crowded then again it was a Wednesday night. It can accommodate big parties, reservations are accepted for parties of six or more people. A must if you are in town!

This was my first hotpot experience and it was amazing! From the moment you walk through the door, there's an energetic vibe with the neon lights. The tables are fascinating too since they're setup with cooktops. My server was incredibly patient and kind as she explained the menu and cooking process. I was further floored by the sauce bar where you could mix your own sauce concoctions or to play it safe, there's some suggested combinations listed on the bar. There's also a small area of traditional American fare like fries, which I didn't try. I was further impressed by the frozen drinks that were included with the hotpot price. However, I was not prepared for the level of excitement of the robotic cat server that delivered my food for my hotpot. It's incredibly adorable and smart. Most importantly, the food was great! But I do not recommend pork belly in a hot pot because that's basically boiled, wet bacon. Overall, this is worth trying.

I was in a group of 6 on a Thursday evening with reservations for 6:45p. We arrived an were greeted by the hostess with a few minutes wait. Once seated I was glad we had experienced guest who've been here previously because it became overwhelming with the options and how the restaurant works. With that said it was a great experience! There is a seasoning bar that carries a myriad of choices. Also, there is a dessert bar as well with fresh fruit and other selections. The atmosphere is family friendly and the exciting part is the food comes out via a robot named Bella, Bella Bots! There are so many meats and vegetable selections to chose from so having a large group worked in our favor! So it is somewhat a buffet style pricing with options being just the hot pot which is a soup base, again in various flavors and you select noodles or rice. Then you can add the Korean BBQ option to cook the items at the table. Once you place your order Bella Bot brings out the food almost instantly. Everything about this place was nice and the price point for what you get is on point but you will definitely need an appetite! I also liked that the protein selections were more bite sizes and not large piece which makes it easier to consume. Make your way there and let me know your thoughts!

If you like hot pot this is it for Memphis. However, I do recommend also doing the bbq. It's 100% times better than just hot pot. Service was done with a robot so that was new and interesting. The inside was pretty standard but a lot nicer than most other Asian hot pot places around town.

Korean BBQ includes proteins, veggies, sauces/oils, seaweed salad, kimchi, and white rice.

Delicious food, outstanding service, and a unique experience with a clean, modern ambiance. A robot is the hostess to seat you and another robot delivers food to the table. You can order via your server or via a QR code at the table. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. Think of Korean BBQ having a similar concept as fondue where you choose your raw meat and veggies then cook it at the table. The variety of protein selections blew my mind. There is a HUGE sauce and condiment bar of over 20 different options ranging from fresh-made, flavored oils to peanut sauce. Try the kimchi grilled. We'll be back!

Where to go on Christmas Day for dinner. Enter 901 HPK. Folks were friendly as always. My only gripe is that some of the food ordered comes out habitually late such as those in a tin. I had to ask like 3 times and the last was when I was brought the check. The waitress response was "you still want that?" Well seeing as I never got it and asked for it a long time before, heck yeah I want it. But other than that we're fans.

Very glad that Memphis has a hotpot/KBBQ place! We chose to do hotpot this time around. All in all, a good experience. Great selection of meat, vegetables, and seafood. The service was great, and we did not go very long without someone checking on us to take the next order of food. There was a variety of appetizer dishes and sauces. The only areas of improvement that come to mind are getting drinks refilled and having strainer ladles for the hotpot instead of regular ladles.

Check this out! Def recommend for a date night. Price is reasonable and get all you can eat in 2 hours. I haven't tried a Korean BBQ joint since my D.C days, but highly recommend checking this out. You can choose between a hot pot or the BBQ. The wife and I choose the BBQ. There were a ton of selection of the meats and you can create your own sauce. The only thing that would have made this a plus was more vegetables and rice selections but definitely a unique experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful for first time guests. We will definitely be back!

I was super excited for this place to open since there are no AYCE hot pot and KBBQ in Memphis and it did not disappoint! This is on par with some of my go-to AYCE hot pot and KBBQ places in Atlanta. They offer a great selection of meats and veggies, as well as side dishes such as kimchi, pickled cucumber, pickled radish, etc. You have a two hour limit which's more than enough to enjoy a meal. The service is friendly and the price is reasonable too! I highly recommend checking this place out!

While I love trying…read morenew foods, I draw the line at cooking it myself at a "table grill", so he recommended this place. We went for lunch, let him guide the way, and ate everything family style (they serve individual platters, but he wanted us to have the full Korean experience and be able to sample many things too!) Everything was delicious. The portions were big, food was seasoned well, and our server was very attentive - keeping us informed of the slight kitchen delay due to a large party ahead of us. After lunch, we popped over to the Asiana market for Korean ice cream bars, which were also delicious! (Apologies in advance for the low quality photos - I had to snap fast before everyone dug in!)

The parking lot is shared with other businesses in the strip (with Asiana Market, a Korean grocery store, located at the far left). There are plenty of spaces available in the private lot. Upon entering the restaurant, the main hostess, who may also be the owner, is straight ahead. There are approximately 12 tables in the main dining room, along with a larger room to the left that offers additional seating. FOOD: 1. Pork Dupbap Lunch Special (4/5): If you've tried beef bulgogi, this is similar but made with spiced pork. You really can't go wrong with this dish. 2. Spicy Rice Cake (Tteokbokki, 4/5): I'm usually picky with tteokbokki because many restaurants make it too sweet or lacking in flavor. This version was one of the better restaurant renditions I've had. A classic Korean street and comfort food, it consists of spicy-sweet rice cakes with fish cake, cabbage, and scallions. I would definitely order this again. Best shared between 2-3 people. 3. Seafood Soon Dubu (Soft Tofu Stew, 4/5): A spicy, well-seasoned stew made with silky soft tofu, vegetables, and seafood. This is especially comforting during the cold winter season. I highly recommend ordering one of the soups when it's cold out. The portion was generous, as I took half home. 4. Yangnyeom Korean Fried Chicken (New KFC; not on the original menu, 3/5): Ten pieces of boneless chicken served with pickled daikon radish. The sauce was a sweet chili blend. While flavorful, it lacked the extra crispiness typically found in Korean fried chicken. 5. Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon, 4/5): One of our favorites. This version featured shrimp and squid, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. It was served hot with a tangy dipping sauce made from soy sauce and rice vinegar. Best shared between 2-3 people. 6. Kimchi Fried Rice (3/5): A popular dish made with kimchi, rice, and diced vegetables, often with meat such as Spam. This version did not include meat but was topped with a runny egg for protein and garnished with dried seaweed flakes. Best shared between 2-3 people. 7. Japchae (Stir-Fried Glass Noodles, 3/5): A popular Korean appetizer, often served as a side dish (banchan). Typically stir-fried with vegetables and beef, this version was served in a slightly sweet broth, which differed from the traditional preparation. Best shared between 2-3 people. The service was good. Our water glasses were never empty, and the staff checked on us twice during our meal. Would I come back? Yes. Be sure to check out the lunch specials.
