On Labor Day, I called a few local electrical companies to come out and check out why my power shut down after I turned on my portable a/c. I lost all the power in my apartment unit and was not able to use any electricity. I had an electrical issue with my outlets in the kitchen and I was not able to plug any appliance. I called 911 Electric to see what I can do. Mike came out and looked at the outlets and saw that I had one GFCI in the kitchen and all the other outlets were connected to the same circuit as that one GFCI. The issue was that the GFCI was burned and it caused all the other outlets to not work. Mike recommend to switch all the old outlets to GFCI and my problem got resolved. I had a problem with my backyard lights. The lights went of Friday night and I had people over. I called 911 Electric at 9pm and they arrived at my house before 10pm. I asked if they had anyone available at this time and Harry mentioned that they had a local job that the technician was on and they would have someone there before 10pm.
