I've used 911 pest defense since moving to Phoenix in January 2017. I haven't had a pest problem since they started treating our house. They even took the time to point out some structural issues and gave me some ideas on how to handle them. Omar is great. Very friendly, prompt, and fast. I try to use locally owned businesses to keep it in the community. I've used 911 for 3 years now. I never was satisfied because they would only come out in the early morning before my massive ant infestation started in the early afternoon thus not giving them the chance the properly address the problem for which we hired them for. I decided to change service this last month, moved to another company that has drastically changed the infestation in one month. I now received an email for overdue $$$. The email stating that they had a rate increase at the first of the year which I wasn't informed by any 911 peeps! 911 Pest Defense is the best exterminator service I've ever had. We've been with them since 2010. Always courteous, always on time, and we have NO bugs! Garry (the owner) is the best! He knows all the bugs, snakes, spiders, etc in the area. I've called him up before describing a bug or a snake I've found and he can tell me what I'm seeing and if it's good or bad, harmless, whatever. And if it's something that needs to be exterminated he sends someone out right away to take care of it. I even called him one night at around dinner time freaking out because there was a snake in my garage, right by the door to the house.
