I have been their member for several years. No one likes bugs inside or outside their homes and Green Magic helps protect your home. I use their service every quarterly they come spray inside and outside of my house the perimeter in my yard and knock on wood I haven't had roaches if I get 2 a year that a lot for me. I have been using Green Magic for years and recommend them to my neighbors friends and family. They are wonderful from their employees both in office and the technicians that come out. I have not had bugs (roaches, spiders nor scorpions) in my house since I started using them. Derek Hersker has been my technician the last few times and he is thorough respectful and very nice. Today I met Jason who was not only very personable and customer service oriented - he was incredibly knowledgeable about scorpions (my issue). He provided me with insights and tips on how to limit a scorpion's access to the inside of my home. Hiring Green Magic for bi-monthly pest control has been a great decision! Prior to using them we would regularly see scorpions in our house and roaches in the yard, especially in summer time. Since we started using them I sometimes see dead roaches in the yard but that's it. Branton has been our technician a few times and he is always extremely thorough and attentive. He noticed we have a gap under our garage door and placed a treatment there so scorpions won't get in. We have not had any issue with the pesticide and our dogs. We just let the treatment dry all the way before we let the dogs back out into the yard. I only wish we had hired them sooner! read more

UPDATE: I originally signed up for 6 months with green magic pest control in November and my services concluded in April. I remember they were very proactive and flexible with their scheduling. I completed all my services and now, a year later, I can say with confidence the roaches are gone! I'm so happy I could cry, I feel like I'm finally comfortable in my own home and can invite people over. I will say, I was skeptical it would actually work. They only want to put poison outside, even though I have a dog and said that even if my dog eats a poisoned rat that it would be impossible for it to hurt her. Talked to my vet and that is a flat out lie! Scott was very hesitant to give me his name, talked over me and lied about the safety of their products just to try to make a sale. And then tried to gaslight me and say oh we don't wanna hurt any animals, (but we don't care if they're exposed to rat poison). I would be happy to pay for someone to come out and do snap traps outside but Scott was more interested in selling me on poison and risking my dog's life for no reason. He finally admitted that *if* the dog does get poisoned, (which he initially insisted over and over was impossible) then i can go get some K2 shot and it'll "probably not give her permanent neurological damage". Im so sick just thinking about it. Green magic pest control does not care about the safety of you or your pets! Not even a little bit. And they will lie about it! Update! Matt just called me and left a ridiculously long voicemail making excuses and saying that since he has dogs and they haven't died so it has to be safe! "Trust me, I love dogs!" When I told him I was furious that his rep had lied to me and is lying to other customers about the safety of their product He told me he's sorry that someone hurt me and that's why I'm upset and bring so mean to him and poor Scott who I just made really nervous. Zero accountability. These people are NOT SAFE AROUND YOUR PETS! Your rep said multiple times that there was no way the dog could get sick. It was only after I pressed him and insisted that vet had told me otherwise that he finally admitted that she could get sick and there was some shot that she could take. He admitted that he was incorrect. LYING. About something that could kill my dog. And now You are obviously lying! I was perfectly calm when I returned YOUR voicemail to me (that you left because you didn't like my initial review) until you told me that I was overreacting about the safety of my dog and being lied to a out it. Not many things upset me, but people threatening the safety of my best friend through egregious negligence is at the top of the list. Why you think that's no big deal Matt? Is my dog getting sick from rat poison just a little small thing that I should not worry about??? read more

He apologized for the communication problems with their new system, and personally ensured we were getting new appointment messages. He also apologized for the initial refusal to schedule the return service and allowed us to schedule a full service this week. I have mentioned in other reviews that mistakes do happen, but it is how you handle those mistakes that matter. Matt has exceeded my expectations. I had two services completed by Green Magic Pest Control this week. The first was with Jameson Powell for subterranean termites and the second one was for ants. Derek Hersker came out for the last treatment. Both young men were exceptional in how they treated my property. They were both professional and thorough. I didn't meet Jameson Powell but saw him through the security cameras that surround my property. I did meet Derek Hersker today. I am impressed with the quality of the technicians who are hired by this company. I have used them a couple of years ago on another property and remembered them when I was searching in Yelp. I will definitely be using them in the future and am very pleased with the reasonable prices, the quality and the conscientiousness of both technicians and the treatments. I also appreciate the fact that I had a very small window of time to work with and they were able to fit me in.
