Had a technician come out today for our first appointment and I couldn't be more impressed! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Our technician explained all the different options and what would be best for our current needs in our area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I'm terrified of scorpions!! He put me at ease. Thank you again Insectek. We look forward to continuing our service in the future and have put in a request to have our same tech that was out today as our regular technician. read more

Had the service for almost a year. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tech is always on time and courteous[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but whatever they sprayed didn't matter. Brand new build and got two spider activities and now garage is infested. Had to cancel - were they spraying water? What the heck? I guess [[HIGHLIGHT]]they will argue with you and pretty much find excuses[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Saying I live in an open field when it's a gated community with developed asphalt and houses all around me like .25 -1 mile around me. I told them to ask Aubrey and other techs if I live in an open field. They didn't. They rely on Google Maps for a 2024-2025 built community. read more

Having moved to Arizona late last year, I was shocked to find that there are an abundance of roaches in the Phoenix area. My new home was seemingly surrounded by them. Luckily they are the outside American kind, but still pretty gross. We've been using Insectek for awhile now for both termite treatment and regular service at our home. We've had several technicians, two for the termite inspection and treatment, and Nolan, our preventative maiteanace tech. Nolan is very knowlegable and has given some very effective suggestions to remedy any pest concerns we've had, which is pretty much none since they have been trating our home. We've been using Insectek Pest Solutions for over 5 years. When I first contacted them and was told they provide service on a bi-monthly basis rather than monthly, I was skeptical. If you experience any problems in between service, they will come promptly and handle. Based on that, I scheduled the service. I also like the fact that they contact you the day before service with a specific arrival time(not a window) and text when they are en route. They thoroughly spray around the house and yard as well as clearing spider webs on the house. After finishing, a report of what they've done and found is sent to you. The technician is very professional and personable and will answer any questions while on site. The cost of the service is a few dollars more than we were previously paying, but the results are far superior....no bugs, no critters, no pests of any kind in or around our house. I highly recommend Insectek Pest Solutions. read more

He explained his plan for spraying the inside based on the discussion with the problem areas. He first started at the front door inside, sprayed the threshold as I opened the door in between the front door and security door, saturated it very well. Then began all along the interior walls, bedrooms, master bath where it was a main problem area, continued throughout the hallways and rooms that were accessible. I had purposely backed out all 3 cars in the garage and Michael sprayed all the accessible walls plus the door areas into the house and especially at the step up where the cars are parked in the garage. He replaced the 6 glue traps, 2 at the door leading into the house, 2 at the single car garage door and 2 at the double car garage door and completed the inside. Michael then put down the ant granulates in front on the trouble area room window on the rock landscaping, then prepared the outside insect solution and sprayed the front of the house, he explained that spraying over the ant granulates would activate the grandulates with the moisture. Spraying along the side of the house to the back, he sprayed around the back side walls, then around the pool, back walls and then all along the outside accessible areas and completed around the back patio threshold and back along to the front of the house. We had been experiencing issues with small ants and that issue has gotten better, currently experiencing many crickets, pinch bugs or earwigs. Michael sprayed everywhere to hopefully build a nice barrier to get rid of the insects. Great job Michael Gallagher!

I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so incredibly grateful.

We have two small kids and some bees got into the house. They took care of the swarm to keep us safe, and we didn't have to wait days or weeks. King Air Duct Cleaning

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!
