After trying to troubleshoot it myself (and making things considerably more confusing!), Stephen came out for a diagnostic and quickly sorted through years of previous repairs and workarounds. He discovered that one controller output had failed, a previous contractor had combined two zones as a temporary fix, one of the drip valves had failed, and the original valve wiring needed to be remapped correctly. Rather than simply replacing a single part and leaving me with an aging system, he took the time to explain my options without any pressure. I decided to replace the controller, all five valves, solenoids, and wiring so the entire irrigation system would essentially be brand new. The workmanship is outstanding. The wiring is clean and organized, every valve is labeled, the controller is programmed and clearly documented, and everything now works exactly as it should. What impressed me most was Stephen's professionalism, honesty, and communication. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained what he was finding, and made sure I understood why each recommendation was being made. It's obvious he takes pride in doing the job right rather than just getting the job done.
