These guys worked with me a lot to get what we wanted with the right price. Once we finalized that, we had about 5 weeks to get the table finished and shipped before a big party at our new house - the table simply had to be there on time. Received the table just in time and it was a huge hit! One girl even spilled multiple drinks on it, but the cloth was spill resistant as advertised. Everyone was amazed at that as well. It is heavy! Especially when first delivered. It took me longer to unpack from shipping, bring parts inside, and dispose of crate than it did to assemble. Not all the markings were added for assembly instructions (guessing due to our critical rush request) but assembly was still very easy for us. 30 minutes? I would not recommend 916 Poker Depot to anyone. I'm not sure if meager success has gotten to the owner's head (Eric C.), but he is vulgar, rude, and will not apologize for any mistakes his company makes. He'll go on the attack instead! I ordered some fabric on their website, and received an email the next day stating that the fabric in question was not in stock, nor would it be anytime soon. I responded taking the offer of a refund, and pointed out that they should keep their website up to date, as this put a damper on my plans. The owner responded by telling me to "Take a chill pill", and stating that they weren't updating anything because they were going to replace the entire site at some time in the future. Made it seem it was absurd for them to take my money without any ability to fill the order. Long story short, I responded asking what I had done to deserve such treatment, and was told "Not to be such a dick!". Such language and straight loathing of the customer, I've been told, is typical both online and at their brick and mortar location. Before you purchase something from 916 Poker Depot, either online or in person, remember - any mistake they make will be blamed on you! read more

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I'm supposed to be hosting blackjack night and needed a dealing shoe quick! They had quite a few so I was able to grab one, thankfully. You can't find shoes at any regular stores and if you do it has to be shipped because they won't have it in store. So I was super happy that weren't out or anything like that.
