This was my first time at this bingo hall. The buy in was $26, but they have tab games throughout the night. Pay outs are $500. They do have a few special games that pay out more, when they offered to play. I did not try their snack bar. We brought food in from somewhere else. The place is pretty big, but some nights can be crowded. Get there early to find seats. The volunteers are nice. The tables and chairs are not clean. You might want to bring some wipes to clean the table. The chairs are not comfortable, the cushions are wore down. read more

For my first time playing at this location I would say it was okay. You wont see the bingo hall form the street it is in the back. There is plenty of parking but if you're looking for handicap parking you should get there around 5 because at 530 the handicap was already full. Walking in it reminded me of your classic bingo hall I wouldn't say anything really upgraded but decent for bingo. When I went to the front window I explained it was my first time and she said just make sure I'm sitting next to someone experienced. The reason why I gave it less stars was because the last game you are suppose to pre dab the odds or evens depending on the day and the person at the window not the caller said this. It was suppose to be printed out of the game schedule but as you can see my schedule and the people I went with were all cut off so we did not know to pre dab. The caller was great explaining the games and was very helpful except I thought during intermission she could have reminded everyone to pre dab the last game. I was hoping for a little better food at the snack bar but it seems like there isn't a grill or fryer so for what they could do it was okay. There is not bottled water for sale but if you have your own cup they'll give you water and ice. Overall the experience itself was not great but I would go back because the initial buy in is cheap and the payouts are 500 or 800 dollars. read more

I've been playing here for years. The staff is great. Food is good. Payouts are awesome! My only complaint is they don't enforce the "no saving seats" rules, so people come in and block off several seats and tables thinking other Regular Players will be there later, so if you are there on time you can't sit where you want, unless of course you're willing to brawl with old farts. Just left Madison Mall Bingo. The buy I was $26 which included 5 sstrip game and 1.packet containing 5 6ons There must of been atbleast 20 other strip games you had to buy separately on the flloor ranging from $1 to $10 game. They would play 1 buy in game and then 3 - 5 of the extra games. We basically sat there the majority of the time playing on our phones. Very boring!. read more

This bingo hall has strips only with a very reasonable buy in $30. Fun tabs sold and played between main games. Two rooms with plenty of seating. Come early if you want to sit near the caller or in front. Small food area with snacks and hot food. Bathrooms are clean and staff are friendly. I have attended 6 sessions on different days and had fun each time. The only con is patrons leaving after bingo are rude rushing out. read more

So I am allergic to dog dander. I understand people can bring in service dogs. Not regular dogs and not companion dogs. But this hall let's them all in. I got so sick my allergy turned into strep throat. Gave it to my husband who in turn lost 5 days of work. WTH. These guys don't care Especially the security guard. He's an ass. Told me I should go find a hall that doesn't let dogs in. Why don't you go do your job. I'm sure your not suppose to be getting paid watching your dog. Most of the workers are rude. Especially on Sat night. They hurry through bingo so they can go to Grand Oaks for late night. If you go there watch out. They don't care if someone is afraid of dogs, allergic to dogs. read more

I had no expectations in thinking it was going to be an easy but it was a little more intimidating and intense bingo night then expected. although I did come slightly late (which I would recommend you come early) everybody was so kind and was there to help me. honestly it was a cool experience, and I would recommend coming to this place if you're interested in having a good night of bingo. read more

My favorite thing is to play bingo, Madison is affordable and has the best pay outs. Cafe Ole has excellent sandwichs and their taco special on Mondays is totally worth the money. They even have spaghetti on Wednesday's. Thank you to all the volunteers. read more

I suffer from anxiety and depression and since I've been attending with my wife my anxiety as well as my depression has decreased significantly over the last 5 1/2 months and I would love to give the staff more stars if I could. There is a security guard who believe he "GOD!" He talks down to women, he yells, screams profusely and then tries to imitate women. He's extremely unprofessional and the head manager (Casey) is horrible. I called a compliant to the company he works for and nothing was done. I am concerned this security guard will hurt a woman and she might be helpless. He was pugnacious and wanted to truly harms a woman. This is no way to be treated in a bingo hall. read more

I come here at least once a month with a few family members. The only thing I see a problem with this place is the security specifically one of them. The times that I am there, there's two security guards..one is an older white gentleman and the other is a more built black gentleman who I believe is named Kenny (from what I've heard from other bingo goers). I always see the older white security guard but I hardly ever see Kenny. If I do see him, he's not really walking around but talking and chatting with the folks at the front in the big room watching football. Times that I've gone out during intermission to get some air or have a little smoke break, I've seen him and a few different woman (one of them who I believe works there but not sure of her rank..) hop in the back seat of, what I believe to be, his silver Jeep with purple rims..and be in the back seat of his jeep with these women for the entirety of intermission. Even after the bingo session has ended, my curiosity is peeked to see what this so called "professional" security guard does afterward..I've seen that he will get back into the back of his Jeep with this same employee and other women. I honestly think this is to be SUPER unprofessional for a security guard who is supposed to be protecting everyone in that hall. read more

The staff are all very friendly & the payouts are some of the best that I have seen. There is a great assortment of games & often they give away freebies to everry person withh your buy-in. This was my 1st time tonight & I had checked the website prior to going. On Sunday nights they only play the strips, which was not indicated on the website. Upon arriving inside there weren't any signs indicating where things were. I told the gal at the buy in that this was my 1st time, however she didn't tell me where to buy the pull tabs, or how anything works. This is the only time that the window gal didn't give me the tour. The place is kind of dumpy, and they don't have anywhere to throw cigarette butts, when smoking outside. And they didn't have enough volunteers for the pull tab. Overall, I would not play here again. read more

I don't come to this hall often. In fact, it's been a couple years at least. Last time was before the switch to AllStar Tournaments (the current host of all sessions here). I decided to give them a try since the hall I frequent wasn't re-opening until the next day. I give them credit for dealing with their re-opening pretty efficiently. However, they allowed some people to do things they would not allow others to do (favoritism?); they allowed more than "capacity" was stated in their guidelines; and one of their volunteers in particular was VERY rude (believe her name is Jess?). MANY people had more than the "allowed" items, many others went in and out the exit only. And at the end of it all, people exited where they pleased, not thru the specified exit. Furthermore, they played way too much flash board for my taste. Oh, and their snack bar/food service was WAY too understaffed for the hall not allowing patrons to bring their own snacks. A lot of these new rules are to be expected given the craziness: but who gets to pick and choose which rules, and who has to follow them? Because clearly not all the rules stated were not being followed and or enforced, and some people were being told to follow the rules, while the person sitting at the next table was doing the same thing and let be. I did see some familiar faces, the buy in cost was reasonable, and it was great to play bingo again. But I won't be going back to this hall. read more

There is an OLD OLD lady that works at this bingo hall, always at the buy in window ... probably because she's too old to actually walk around. She has glasses and short curly hair. Probably a wig. She is the reason i won't be coming back. She's absolutely rude and inconsiderate, especially if you aren't in her "in crowd." She doesn't care about the customer at all, what services she can provide at the window she doesn't care and will make you leave the bingo hall just to go get what you need. What's the purpose of being at a window if you can't help???? Aren't you supposed to want to keep a customer?! Apparently not. Go to Grand Oaks bingo if you want better service, you'll at least have pleasant helpers and others willing to help you despite this lady. read more

This was my first "real" bingo experience and OH MY GOD was it an experience!! I am a relatively healthy 30-something and almost had a stroke and/or heart attack during speed bingo. It is NO JOKE. The normal rounds were manageable and fun, one of my friends won $250, and I won a raffle for a prize basket- it was Fiesta Night and if you wore purple you got a free taco and free special game. It surprisingly did NOT smell overwhelmingly of smoke. They also have a little cafe/snack bar with sandwiches and treats. read more

Had a fun night playing bingo here last night. The workers were all very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to the security guard. He was joking with us from the moment we walked into the door..FIST BUMP! I am not a smoker and am usually very sensitive to smoke and I didn't notice the stale smoke smell as bad as other yelpers. There is another bingo hall in Sac that as soon as you walk in the smell hits you like a ton of bricks, but I didn't get that here. This is the only place I've been to for bingo. It's so much fun. I like the fact that there is a different room for smoking but the ventilation is horrible. You can still smell the ashtray smell and it's gotten worse each time. Hopefully they can do something about that. Most of the workers there are friendly and helpful but you'll get one sour patch every now and then. They have some cool side games that's available and worth the $1 or $5 if you were to win. They also have a snack bar that serves good snacks for a good price. read more

So far this is my favorite Bingo hall. I'm kind of new to the game and have tried a few places now. I found that Mayhew Bingo Center was better organized when it comes to buying in and getting the extra games. You start in one line and it snakes down a long counter and you get everything before you sit down. At Madison Mall Bingo you wind up having to stand in two lines. One for the buy-ins and one for the extra games! and the line for the extra games is exceptionally slow. They really need to figure out how to make buying everything smoother. Other than that, the callers are great, the people are great and the workers are pretty good (Although Floring Bingo and Mayhew both had friendlier workers in my opinion). The deli is good and cheap and there is a nice mixture of old/young players. I won my first two times playing here and have found that overall, this one is still my favorites! Now if they could only fix the buy/in and line situation, or just have everything available at the window it would be so much easier! One more thing.........Every time I ask the workers if I have bought everything, they always tell me yes. Without fail a couple of games come up that I had no idea were even being sold. This and the line situation is why I have gone with the 3 stars instead of more. read more

What a horrible experience. Its supposed to be fun however the callers seem to forget that some people are not professional bingo players. The staff is very rude and not welcoming. When you ask the caller to slow down he just speeds up. When multiple people are complaing and nothing is done I would say that isn't very good business. read more
