I was super-impressed with both the prices and the selection. All the patchouli-laden goodness of the PNW, none of the hippies! Now I call that a win-win! Instead of embarrassing a little girl at checkout, the employee recognized what was happening and kindly pushed the transaction through. I saw the incorrect PIN notification on my phone, immediately tried calling my daughter, and we both went back to settle the payment. That small act of kindness and understanding meant a lot. It's refreshing to see people use good judgment, compassion, and common sense in moments like that. Thank you to the team for handling the situation with such grace.

I recently got an email coupon for them but couldn't find it in my phone when checking out. Even though I showed them that I got the email, the very rude manager wouldn't honor it. It was not a good experience. And I could get a better price as advertised online which still makes me laugh.
