Daniel was easy to communicate with and I was able to bring in my car for work to be started within 1 day of getting a free estimate. Easy to work with and explained the process good. I got Llumar air blue tint, Full front PPF and ceramicpro silver. His inspection of the car revealed some existing rock chips and polish that wasn't polished off of the hood. Also some waterspots. He stated car would look amazing when it is all done. During the process he found that my front bumper had been repainted and disclosed that if PPF ever had to come off in the future to let that person be aware of the repaint. Outcome of the vehicle was amazing and I love the results. I bought the car used and it looked good already and now it looks brand spanking new. I feel more peace of mind now that the car is protected. During pick up Daniel explained how to take care of the ceramic pro, he pointed out where the PPF had to be cut and the reasons why it was cut the way it was (side view mirrors). Also with the tint, I wanted the Llumar air blue and I was debating about having the rear window with a darker tint or keep it all the same, they made a great decision and went with keeping it all the same to keep the look uniform. A full interior clean was added as well and the inside smells fresh! Brand new to me!! It's nice to get a used car and then having it put back to practically brand new condition. We had a friend recommend this place to help restore my headlights. So I called, and a young lady answered, she was very nice, knowledgeable, attentive and answered all my questions. I took my 1965 shelby cobra ( a real one not a kit car) a very expensive car. Black paint, the paint job is perfect. So I wanted to install a clear bra before driving the car. The night before I polished the car, the car is perfect. I met Daniel one of the employees. He seemed to be rude and not very friendly. My first impression of the company was this guy Daniel... But against my better judgement I met the owner Henry, Henry is a nice guy and means well. We agreed what was going to be done on the car, a clear bra installation. We discussed the options and an approximate price. I asked Henry who was going to do the installation and he said he was going to do it him self. We agreed the turn signals would be removed to avoid seams. We agreed on one seam and if there were issues he would call me to discuss. I went to visit during the installation ( I was concerned about this guy Daniel) when I got there Daniel was doing the install not Henry like we agreed. When I arrived I pointed out to henry the 2 screws that needed to be removed to remove the turn signal housing. HENRY SAID NO PROBLEM HE WOULD REMOVE THEM!!! Then after Daniel put several seams in the film, He said he removed it but could not figure out how to un plug it so instead of calling me to ask what I wanted to do Daniel cut several seams in the clear bra around the turn signal housing. I was very clear I did not want seams. Henry said only one seam, we agreed. So bottom line is the communication is horrible, Henry the owner promises one thing and the dude (daniel ) with the attitude problem does it his way. I noticed bumps under the clear bra and Daniel blamed the paint job... BS I polished the car personally before taking the car to them and the paint job was perfect. I asked Daniel to fix this and he said he would but he would need to charge me more to remove the film and fix his seams... Really? charge me more for his mistake? nope. I told them to remove the film from my car and I will pick up my car in the morning...maybe they can do window tinting but for a high end expel rap or a clear bra installation, stay away... what a complete waste of time. read more

My husband scheduled an appointment to have my car windows tinted at 8am on a Thursday. We arrived at 7:55am, stuck around until about 8:10am and no one ever showed up. Been bringing all our previous cars tinted somewhere else over the past 10 years and each time i would say that the job is not that good. Price wise they charge rocket high and then you still see bubbles, dried out water streaks and even cuts on the glass and trims. This is the first time I drove out of way just to get our model Ys done. I wasnt able to confirm with them for my appointment since they were closed so i decided to go walk-in and we were accommodated immediately and got our cars done the same day. They know what they are doing and their job is very clean and precise! This business deserves more than 5 stars imho. In 2021 My Car was covered with tree sap after parking it at Tahoe . They detailed it and put 2 coats ceramic treatment to proctect it for the future. Car looked and cleaned up great. However, After two years and lots of brush less car washes with no problems, the car came out of the last brushless car wash with nasty water spots all over. They cleaned up the water spots and put another coat of ceramic on at no charge. Car looks great again. Thanks! read more

Asked them some questions about getting my car tinted before importing it to Hawaii, was super helpful and even explained that I would have to take it off when I registered it there, hence tinting it here being a total waste. When my 2018 truck was new I had the Lifetime Gold done to the exterior paint job and Wheels. In order to keep the Life time warranty there need to be an annual inspection done one a year. The first two years were done by the original installer. Unfortunately this was a single owner shop and the owner got sick so I've had to have the annual inspections done at a different certified Ceramic Pro shop. This year i chose 925 Tint out of San Ramon under a recommendation by another detailer that told me they were a certified ceramic pro dealer and installer. I took my truck over there and met with gentlemen name Carlos. I told Carlos that I needed the inspection done and I always have them put a new sport top coat on to refresh ceramic coating every year. I told him that I normally pay $400 for this service. He agreed he could do it for the same amount. When I picked the truck up after it was done Carlos told me to bring the truck back in a couple of weeks for a final inspection. After getting the truck home I noticed light swirling scratches all over the truck. I was busy and wasn't able to bring the truck back for a couple of weeks. When I was free I called Carlo and brought the truck over for inspection. He looked the truck over and said the scratches couldn't have been by him. He said he would have noticed the swirling scratches after he washed the truck and recommended a complete paint correction to remove the swirling scratches and that would've cost $1000. He said polishing was not done to your truck. All they did was a wash and added a new top coat. I told him the swirling scratches were not there before his inspection. He said he would need to talk with the owner. I waited in my truck. The owner came over at asked me what the problem was. I showed him the scratches he said that was normal wear and tear from driving it on the road. He then preceded to point out a few small paint chips on my bumper and then called my truck old and said the swirling scratches were perfectly normal.( my truck has 20k on the odometer it's only driven on the weekend it's my baby I take good care of it) At that point I had enough of his rude behavior. I told him I'm just gonna turn it over to my boss insurance. Unfortunately my deductible is $750. The owner is very aggressive. I'm sure he will contest this review and try and blame the scratches on me. People be careful having any work done by this shop. read more

Hypothetically speaking. -All were done on time and with very professional results. Tinting Workz knows theirs tints and can make the right recommendations as to what looks right for your vehicle.They can also make it your specifications but know you are responsible for any issues you may face with CHP if your tint is not within the legal limit. - Ask for Henry to give you the pre-appointment quote. I was quoted $$$ on the phone for my vehicle type and windows needed and when the final amount was charged it was $$$ as quoted. Henry, the owner, offers a great service at a very competitive price. -They were nice enough to have a complimentary shuttle service being that I had not choice but to wait for my car to be done. I have sent out a quote to 6 different tint company's within the same vicinity. This place was charging $150 US Dollars more than the other 4 tint companies I reached out to. (1 other shop was around the same price as them.) They have many tint colors, I chose to stay within the legal California limit. BIGGEST REGRET EVER.......if I could give negative -10 stars I would. I brought my car for Tint to this location based on the Google reviews. I talked to this young girl at the front desk. She quoted me $350 for the work and polity asked for better pricing, she got on the phone "with her Dad Mr. Henry Ruiz" shortly after the phone call she said we can do it for $320. While I was discussing pricing with the front desk girl, I noticed this young man who was sitting down on one the couches and seemed a bit agitated and hostile and interrupted "man we do a good job that's the price and I am the General Manager here" I replied, yes that's why I am coming back for the 2nd time but he kept on talking in very hostile manner. However, after 2hrs I was able to get my car back (2:45 PM) went to my meeting at 3 PM, after the meeting (3:45 PM same day), I noticed a few scratches on my car, so, I called the shop. The young girl answered the phone. I mentioned the scratches on the car, she right away began to deny and instructed me "look at the bottom of your receipt, read it then call me back and hung up the phone" please see the photos attached. I called back and I asked the disclosure doesn't necessarily release you from causing damages to the vehicle while it was at the possession of your entity, went back to the shop to show them the damages on the car. They denied the scratches on the car and the GM this young man got to my face abruptly "GET THE FUCK IN YOUR AND LEAVE, WITH YOUR FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT CAR" my car is a 435i BMW priced at $62,710 and flipped me off while I drove away from the 925Tint 23 Beta Ct Building G San Ramon, CA 94583 and owner Mr. Henry Ruiz, stood there and did nothing. I am very, very, very disappointed with such a level of care and customer service from this business. I regret doing business with them and taking my car for service. I will never recommend or use their service EVER AGAIN in the future. While I was waiting for my car, another customer walked in and I asked if she is also getting her windows tint, she replied no "I brought my car back to clean it again". It's clear that the business lacks customer service and overall business professionalism. read more
