From the start---Excellent communication, met our request for an SUV (also A+), Lori was waiting to meet/give assistance at baggage claim (no searching for someone at the curb, no lugging bags), and we had a safe, comfortable ride from TPA to Venice. The SUV was plush (just what you want after a long day of travel), luxurious interior, water was waiting for us inside, car temperature was perfect, the music was soft and calming (good choice), and it was smooth sailing all the way to our destination. I put my luggage outside at 4:05am for the departure trip. When I looked outside at 4:10am, the limo was in my driveway with my luggage loaded. The drive to TPA was quiet and smooth. I slept most of the trip. It was nice to step out at the American Airlines entrance at TPA. Arrival back at TPA was equally impressive! My impeccably dressed driver was waiting at my baggage claim carousel with my name on a sign. Moments after my luggage arrived on the carousel, we were on our way back to Sarasota.
