From the start---Excellent communication, met our request for an SUV (also A+), Lori was waiting to meet/give assistance at baggage claim (no searching for someone at the curb, no lugging bags), and we had a safe, comfortable ride from TPA to Venice. The SUV was plush (just what you want after a long day of travel), luxurious interior, water was waiting for us inside, car temperature was perfect, the music was soft and calming (good choice), and it was smooth sailing all the way to our destination. My husband took a nap--and I finished watching a video, all in PERFECT COMFORT. Normally, we rent a car and make the drive, but not anymore!
