So I've finished my 30 day challenge here at 95Nutrition. I've also participated in a 6 week challenge that overlapped my 30 days by 2 weeks...so 8 weeks of eating 95 Nutrition meals total by the end of next week. I've lost about 13lbs but you could totally lose more...IF you are a man, or a taller ladyperson. I am 5'3" and 36 yrs old and take a kickboxing class 3 times a week (1500-1800 calories burnt per week). At first I was trying to eat the suggested FOUR 95 meals a day and was full to the point of nausea all the time. I am short enough to only be allowed 1800 calories a day to maintain my current weight so I was also not losing the way I wanted with consuming around 1400 calories a day this way. I eventually switched to 3 meals and a Rule1 protein shake and then to 2 meals and a shake (and a low cal snack like a piece of fruit -- or hell a handful of chocolate covered pretzels). This finally got me to lose about 2lbs a week and to actually feel hungry near meal times and want to eat the food. Anyway I'd suggest figuring out what works for your hunger level and needed calorie intake and not necessarily following their 4 meal a day plan if you're a short ladyperson. That all said, this place is great. It's so convenient to get your pre-made tasty meals handed to you in a box each week and not have to think about what to eat or how to lose weight. It will literally just happen if you eat the meals. I will continue to purchase huge amounts of their protein pancakes for eternity, they are a great breakfast and only 294 calories for a female portion with 30 grams of protein! They do not taste like 'diet food' at all. In fact I remarked several times during my diet that I couldn't believe they were remotely good for me. They also do not have fake sugar. I must also point out the Rule1 products that 95 Nutrition sells especially the shakes because if you are short like me you can replace a meal with one of these for 130-140 calories and help cut calories from your day while staying full and consuming 30 grams of protein. Mixing the powder with coffee and a bit of almond milk was my go to shake and I'll continue to use this in the future. Chocolate and Salted Caramel flavors were great. Best meals are: Any protein pancake, oatmeal, Gordita Taco, Street Brawler Taco, Walking Taco, Taco Soup (see a theme?), Spinach Feta and Sausage Pasta, BBQ Pulled chicken, Spaghetti with meat sauce, Lasagna, Pizza Wraps, and Anything with GROUND or PULLED chicken. I've had gym friends comment that things I didn't like are amazing however so try what looks good to you. My dislikes were usually things with chunks or strips of chicken which became disappointingly textured when microwaved or meals that had so much ground turkey that it was a little unappetizing to force it all down. The staff at the West Seneca location are great and were always super welcoming and helpful with diet and supplement advice. The store is always neatly organized and clean. There is also so much more here than food if you're a fitness enthusiast and are looking to bulk up or cut weight or find a supplement. Suggested Hacks: Fridays all lady meals are $5, men's are $6. I have to agree with others that the Macros on these are not accurate. The carbs and protein are more around half whats acutally labeled. The meals are nothing out of the normal, burgers, pastas, chinese and tacos.... Its not really any healthier than making your own food and or ordering from another place. I tried the Rasta Pasta and the chicken was weird, it wasnt right. It also looked nothing like the photo, it wasnt even cut up into slices. I also tried the buffalo chicken pasta and it was so greasy, I didn't make it through two bites. It also had weird textured chicken. I think this place is overrated and its not worth it. read more

Amazing. Food is tasty and appealing. Prices are excellent for the portions you get. They change their menu weekly which is great because I never get bored of what they are offering. Only things that can improve are getting a more central location in Williamsville or Amherst for pick up, and maybe offering volume discount on soups. Keep up the great work! read more

First I will say that the meals here are very tasty. I only ever had one not-so-great one and I've probably purchased well over 50 meals. They're flavorful, fresh, and have great variety. My only problem is that there is no way the macros are accurate. I count my macros and was purchasing meals with 20-30 grams of protein in each, as it stated on the container. However, it's plain to anyone who knows how much protein is in meat that this was not the case. I removed the chicken from one of my meals and weighed it on a food scale - it was about an ounce. Considering the starch and veggies would have added no more than 5 grams, there was no way that the protein added up. After a while I grew tired of the fake labels and began purchasing from another food prep place down the street that is more honest and costs less money. read more

I have gotten sick SEVERAL DIFFERENT times from different meals there and all i got was thanks for letting us know. The food reheated tasted like cardboard. I use the meal prep service and it has done wonders to my diet.
