The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! The only place open was The Yellow Deli at 327 Buffalo Street and the second I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Being a deeply spiritual person I was intrigued by this line on the cover of their menu, "We serve the fruit of the Spirit. Why not ask?" So I did and I was beyond overwhelmed by the people who operate this amazing restaurant at cafe and by their Christian beliefs. I love their story and what they stand for. The Fresh Green Mate was to die for and it was so good I purchased a brick and use it nearly day. The Bristol Fillet with the wild Alaskan Sslmon was the best as were their soups, which I have every time I visit. It's a great restaurant, kitchen staff is superb and the people are top quality.
